in real life if you shower too much it destroys all the good bacteria on your skin and let access to bad ones so basically it'd be the fever ending early tho that ending would be boring as I am unsure this fact is well known so you'd have to get a character out of his way to explain to the player why it was bad, and this variation would be boring anyways

The ily master ending is probably the most disturbing to me. Something about teaching someone that giving you pleasure is the only way they can get a basic necessity is so disgusting because out of all the endings, it’s one of the most real. (Also the martyr ending is a direct connection to Who Is Lila which is cool)
