I'm a beginner at 32 and I struggle with these drills. I found the slightest touch can either send the ball a few meters away or not move enough. But I'll get there, just keep swimming as Dori says

It’s surprising how much those drills tired me out last time I did them. You would think it’d be easy, but man it hits you in the summer heat.

You think you’re getting good by counting your reps? I’ll give one better than 10 reps. Start counting when it hurts, count until 1000, if you forget to count, start again.

@@SebastianRojas-uu2cp no mate it’s quite easy, each exercise would mean 200x per exercise. + when it starts hurting it means you start having to go beyond your limit and push yourself. Football players don’t have stamina an entire game by doing 15 reps mate. Also I’m saying doing it 200 times not reps cuz that would be lunatic level fr + u got 16 hours to do it a day. Ez tbh

@@dwaynegarret7771 even better if you do more, but i wouldnt do it like 40 times because it isnt like something will improve you A LOT (it does help) and it isnt that good to do too much, you have to practice until you feel you imrpoved your skill and you're tired, not do 30 times cuz yes
