@@uncledonkey675 yeah apparently the army ordinance department greenlit using correct powder/ammo to meet standards but supplied it with shit WW2 surplus powder that burned too fast causing malfunctions, the sad part is is that they were fully aware of the problems that this caused, so they engaged in literal forgery at the cost of lives.
