@Abdullah Karim I think It should be perfect balance, I ate many fried chicken at fast food joints and some look big at first but when you bite on it, its all batter and the meat is tiny.

If you criticize a singer for having a too high pitched voice, I'd expect you to be a better singer. If you're an average person, your criticism is basically irrelevant to that person. It's just you don't like it, boohoo, awe well, doesn't matter really. So, why would an average person criticize a cook? Maybe they made the comment because they have a better eye for measurements. So, why not make the videos themselves to do it better. I don't know, that's my mentality
Little advice guys. If you want your crust stick very well to the chicken and not crack/fall apart, preheat the oil to a very high temperature (9/10). If you preheat to only 4/5 setting, the crust absorbs more oil and doesn't stick to the chicken very well. Plus, pack it very very well with a flour and the third batter, and shake off all the excess.
