Actually, Kepa's form started to dip after he broke up with his girlfriend, after that Man City game, he actually had improve not declined as evidenced with his performance against Liverpool in the UEFA super cup
Kepa always had an issue with getting beaten from range and getting a strong hand to shots, he's simply lacking in too many departments and having good agility hid it for a while

I say Shaqiri is a more valuable unused player than Origi. Origi gets regular game time, but this season he have been struggling, still have more minutes than Shaq. Shaq is always inconvenient injured at times he could get tons of game time.
