For y’all’s info Chris is 100% right with the women topic. I’m 5’4, fairly average in the looks department. But! I have a great ability to just talk with girls. I’ve gotten this a lot of times: “you know, I actually don’t get approached a lot” I’ve gotten a lot of dates because of my confidence. Break the thin wall, and you’ll see. The first one is the hardest. Grab your balls and do it.

I’m 16 and what Kris says is so true, it’s literally so easy to beat 99% of people. I never see any guy approaching a girl, and when I approach a girl I find attractive, I notice some people look at me and stare. I’ve been doing free weights, callisthenics, boxing and swimming every day, I eat a muscle building whole foods plant based diet with all macro and micro nutrients accounted for, I’ve started a business with my missus and I’m 6 months sober, great routine but so much work ahead 💪🏻

its conditioning by the system, look how many times as a child you are told "no" "you cant do that " , I remember being 6 yo and would say to parents I wanna be in the WWE like the rock " hmm you cant do that only 1 person is at the top of the tree" -obviously i was 6 Its just a kid being a kid the response should have been yeah go son lets go see wwe or something" By teachers parents, look how many times you will get laughed at by friends , how often growing up we hear money isnt free , save your money , treat her like a princess . We are literally trained to live in scarcity and not abundance. Even the most innocuous stuff - "I wanna go travel asia " - friends " hmm you sure ? i mean hong kong has the triads you cant speak the language etc " .. EVERYTHING IS FEAR FEAR SCARCITY .

your idea about decisions reminds me of the mcgregor interview where he says his discipline started to falter after he started taking small losses instead of small wins throughout the day. “don’t eat that foo they said, I ate that. don’t drink that, I drank it. little losses of instead of little wins” paraphrasing.

I felt positive energy just from thinking about making perfect decision after perfect decision. I’m going to see how many perfect decisions I can make. The video was helpful💪

Instead of making a bunch of videos for RU-vid and the course and uploading them all at once you need to create a bunch and slowly drop them into RU-vid and the course so there is new content constantly coming out. That way you can avoid people commenting “omg Kris never uploads to the course or you going ghost for a few weeks etc. just batch record then schedule.

I prefer the last logo. This video speaks truth. I can't put it into words or explain to someone else, but that's literally the only obstacle, deciding to do. I felt that with nofap. I struggled for years, then suddently I decided to take it seriously and study, learn and all that, taking the whole recovery process seriously. After seeing the results, I could not believe how foolish I was for not doing such a simple thing sooner. I just needed to take it a bit more seriously.
