Ingredients:
Butter 120 g
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar
Egg 1 pc
Flour 250 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa 30 g
Sugar powder (for decorating)
Steps:
1. Rub the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg and mix
2. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa, sift through a sieve into butter and mix
3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
4. Divide the dough into parts (I have 12 parts) and form cookies. Make a pattern with the back of the knife
5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 C
