Everything is normal. Our bodies are all different and therefore act and react in different ways. All these questions are just a way of your eating disorder trying to keep you from recovery… go do!
This is so powerful and helpful and timely for me in this moment. Oh, and incredibly reassuring- fear is INEVITABLE BUT, it is not an indication, despite the wired belief, to stop. I know we shouldn't seek permission in recovery because we must give it to ourselves. But, this kind of does give me permission/the ok that it is safe and imperative to do those things I'm compelled to swerve. Thankful you. Xxxx
