Maturity is when you understand that almost all of your friends secretly envy you. Just that the point of envy / jealousy is different. However, in your bad patches of each of these situations you'll be able to understand who is with you and who all are either deserting you or mocking you at your bad phase. The reason of envy is deeply rooted to these individuals personal situations. Say, some would envy you for your personal/ professional/ financial or a mix of such reasons. Crux of the matter every friend is envying you for one or the other reasons. But then, you need to live in the same society and can't totally avoid everyone.
