I liked the bit about the phones. I got my kid a phone that has no Internet access so can't have social media & apps and there still seems to be an addiction. They are texting all the time and constantly checking for a new message. Often they will just scroll through texts to read old messages when nobody is actively texting with them. I've heard mention that society is afraid of being bored and uses the easy access to technology to keep themselves from ever needing to be alone with their own deeper thoughts and emotions. I find myself wasting time playing games on my phone to avoid being productive. Even when I'm aware what I'm doing it seems near impossible to stop and force myself to put the phone down and do actual tasks in real life. Very frustrating how easy we are able to become obsessed with staring at screens all day
This is an interesting video and I have been following Kezia's youtubr videos but I think she hasn't included the notion of pre-election as one of the 10 attractive triggers whereas Mystery has... she should do a video on pre-election as I feel that this is very important... she only has some information about it on her site but should do a video about it...
