Heather, I’m going through my Saturn return in the 6th house and I just discovered (after 2 years of working w doctors to figure it out) I have an autoimmune disease, celiacs! The traditional ruler is in the 2nd, and modern ruler is in the 4th… crazy!!! In true Jupiterian ruled 6th house way, of course anytime is like “oh I’m sorry” in like “oh it’s actually great news to me - there is a solution, I’ll feel so much better moving forward, and I finally have clarity!” Transiting Neptune is there too, interestingly enough.
Fascinating and spot-on! My 6th house is Aquarius rulled by both Uranus & Saturn. Saturn in 4th & Uranus in 12th. As a survivor of extreme ritualistic abuse/torture growing up, I had a number medical issues and physical pain until entering intensive therapy. Interesting, SLEEP and ALONE TIME are the primary triggers for illness for me (exactly as you described).I absolutely "have" to have a "lot" of alone time for my well-being. Wow! Thanks, Heather!
Scorpio in modern astrology is coruled by Pluto (amputation of what is not needed) and Mars (scalpels & incissions). So you are absolutely on your path.
My 6th ruler is Jupiter.... And that's why my health habits are not like people around me... Bcoz if I will be like people around me I will never get back my health ❤❤
A friend of mine has the 6th house ruler in the 3rd and he recently took up a weightlifting routine and is loving it. He likes being active but frequently falls off of his health routines. What Heather said about needing the mind to be engaged is so important. My friend says that having measurable marks to hit is what inspires him to keep going. He also gets antsy in monotony and likes to take little trips regularly, which I now see is so key to keeping his mood and vitality up!
My 6th house ruler is in my 2nd house, and I've noticed that I've gotten sick after moving into a new place. I've been saving for a long time for my own house and maybe the delays with that are, so I don't get sick. I also got sick earlier this sick and have anxiety issues related to work because I am making a lot less this year than last year. Journaling and doing a balanced budget helps me every month and every day.
This hits home! 6 for Libra rising is Pisces where shines both my Selena and Daimon, or Part of Spirit. Jupiter at midpoint of Aquarius in the 5th house leads me to the healing powers of breath and sound and rhythm including Tai Ji and tapping and drumming on my body to build tolerances and melt muscular armor. Air and fix, play house it's been my friends always who turned me onto things that I took up in my youth and the valuable things I still carry after Pluto wrecked all the stuff blocking my inner Sun from knowing who and what he is. Then I realize that pumping the belly breath and learning the visualizations and energy conducting exercises are the key to my being fit for duty in any social capacity. And SOUND! My vocal power is big as I synthesize all the lessons from my past into a focus where I've learned that my buzzing and toning and droning exercises are more than just an anecdotal personal pleasure sense and more a well documented benefit to health and well being, especially in the Asian health sciences. There's Jupiter, taking in stuff from other cultures.
My inner senses are clearing up I guess because not just the stuff the world is going through, but the fact that my Chiron return was 16 Aries and still hanging around my descending degree over there. This video clears up great things. The challenge is that mine is Jupiter, and in Aquarius I have to mind my inner light to keep my Capricorn roots, family, land from going sour in my heart, as they had done under the bad spells of mainstream schooling shaming boys into the torture chambers we now struggle to escape. I guess I'm a rare on with the astrology as well developed as strength and calisthenics and ergonomics, digging into the anatomy of voice and how to hold drum sticks and how to move them well, connecting the whole thing together. Solve issues with family and the world becomes more loving. In many cases teenage rebels who don't grow up until their 50's, or never do are horribly mistaken to think their parents do not love them. That's a curse top down. We solve it bottom up.
I would like a video also about Chiron and health. I think it is not so much talked about. Can you also make a video about 6th house ruler planets and luminaries? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Fascinating. I've always wondered why I have pretty good health and really no issues to speak of given that I really don't take care of it at all (and I'm 44 now, so it's not just youth); I don't exercise, and don't eat very well. But my 6th house ruler (Venus) is in my 8th and I absolutely prioritize my MENTAL health, and have done all kinds of work on that, I enjoy personal growth & care a lot about my personal happiness, as well as doing a lot of shadow work & spiritual work & now astrology. So maybe that has helped.
Ruler of 6th in 12th but also have a back injury that doesn't heal with sleep or other 12 the house methods. I will say that the fibromyalgia has improved greatly with sleep, stress management and diet change. As for the spine injury, I have Uranus in Leo 5th (injury was caused by an ex Leo boyfriend).
old ruler, mars, , in 1, in Cancer - and I have MCAS, which has only been diagnosed some 5 years ago. Modern ruler in 3, in Virgo. And yes punishment through silence is severely affecting me.
Cancer rules my 6th house and my Moon is in Gemini in the 5th house. When I have to go to the hospital, I talk 100 miles per hour and I panic. Mercury/Moon. Also, being near water makes me feel good.
I'm Scorpio Rising with Aries in the 6th House, so both Mars ruled. I also have Mercury in Aries in 6th House. I had a 'health' c condition since I was 9 and, in my 40,'s became legally disabled. I do not identify as disabled...I eat healthy and exercise and work on my mental health.
Heather, my 6th house is Pisces ♓️ rule by Neptune and Jupiter has Saturn Vertex and Chiron opposing 12th house Virgo Sun Mercury Pluto and Uranus sextile and trine 2nd house Scorpio Mars Venus and Neptune t-square 9th house Jupiter conjunction with 10th house MC. Meanwhile 11th house Leo moon is T-square 2nd….…So basically my 6th lords and 12th lords are very busy dealing with having their conversations/negotiation about who how what when where and why to do things or let it be?! 😂
Interesting my 6th house is in my 1st house and my identity is tied to health maybe why I find this topic fascinating. My husbands 6th house is in his 6th house and he is healthy it is easy for him to lose weight when he tries, he listens and implements health routines easily. He is also cavity free and was born with perfect teeth. His detriment is that he works nights and sleeps only 6hrs a night but when asked he says he feels good.
For those of us who are astrology dummies, what would a rising and sun in Scorpio be???? PS- it would have been amazing if u went through the 12 signs saying the info like u did in your first example..
Check where Venus is in your natal chart-your 6th house is Taurus which Venus rules-hence the house she is in your natal chart is what you’ll listen for✨ Hope this helps!
Is Mercury the ruler of the 6th house? My Mercury is at 29°43' of Pisces in the 8th house whole house system and my 9th house Placidus. I relate to the explanations of both houses!
I don't understand if the ruler of my sixth house. How could it be in the first house or another house?I don't understand. Sixth house was ruled by virgo. My sixth house encompasses cancer and leo, mostly cancer
Interesting - I can’t help but notice you opened the 4th in the 6th with “this is really common one’. And spoke to it for an abbreviated time without accentuating the positive as was done in the other houses. Perhaps the 4th house isn’t as important (or sexy) as the rest? Can’t help but be disappointed on this one. But thanks for the brief mention.
