Ohh yes this is for me thank you!! I grew up in a very abusive household and we were poor as 💩! This year has been huge for me. I finally left a karmic relationship for good, got my degree, glowed up physically and emotionally, I’m about to go on my dream trip next month (that I’ve wanted to go on since I was a child) and I stopped prioritizing love and just started prioritizing myself. Came back from abroad and needed my mums support, did not ask for handouts, just her being there for me, listen to me and believe in me. She did nothing at all, she dropped me, ignored me and treated me with discontent, spoke ill of me and looked down on me for not having nothing when I came back. She treated me so bad. I have stayed away from her and will not go back. Now loving her from a distance. Been there for her all my life but have had to look out for myself, she never showed me that care, it woke me to how she treated me all my life. Sad when it could have been so different. There is no going back. Not taking sloppy seconds or do not intend to be with a man for the sake of things. People have to step up to be in my life. x

I've changed a lot, and now I find peace in solitude and spirituality. I don't think my past matters much anymore. She was the one who started everything but then left me for someone else. After that, she ghosted and blocked me. I blocked her too, its been a year , and although she tried to reach out later, I wasn't interested. Yeah this resonates. The last year has been a looper. Lost job of 15 years, heartbroken from rejection, out of shape...only to get more spiritual and deeper in my beliefs and faith. New job, lead technician. Still gotta watch so I dont slip back into ways that dont serve me. And..I want to perform again, which means changing my diet completely, and been inspired to carry on despite financial difficulty.
