Definitely Dedede. He has battled Nightmare and trapped him in the fountain of dreams. He probably put up a fight against Dark matter the first time which is why he was asleep in Dreamland 3, he had to be knocked out first.

Yes. Everyone just keeps begging Sakurai for characters like Bandana Dee and Marx. He Cleary doesn't like being told to do something.
