The triangle-patterned thing across Dedede's stomach is actually supposed to be an obi. If you look closely, you can see the beginnings of a royal kimono just above the obi. Idk about the hat, but I also think the coat is meant to be a haori of some sort.

2:27 I once randomed into a match against someone I thought was pretending to be HBox. I checked, he wasn't streaming. Got 0 deathed on my first stock and couldn't even take a stock off him. After I checked his gamertag, it was definitely him. It didn't help that I was just goofin around with Ganondorf. I really wish I was playing my main.
