Overall, stable is very good, but (1) all stable banks are not under DICGC, (2) Stable FD is liquid, but premature liquidation is not instantaneous, so you cannot trust it on spot emergency like netbanking linked FDs, (3) Some banks require savings accounts - if so, Stable will open that alongwith booking your FD

Namastey 🙏🙏 mam , I m a college student, actually at the time of counseling organising committee (updgme)take a demand draft but exam conducted by NTA but after admission they still didn't refund the demand draft amount in my account as rule said, that after admission amount is refunded but still they didn't this is 3 year old issue still not resolved When I visit nta website they denied to do any thing and then I contact dgme but helpline not working and university where I does my counselling denied to do any thing plzzz mam give me direction what I do in thi situation we are from poor family and such typ of thing again exhaust us

Ma'am Kindly reply, I sold my house 10 years ago and the buyer had removed the meter and then sold it to someone else and he was still running without a meter. Now, the person who bought apply for the meter, in some way or in checking, checker found that the meter was installed earlier and his application was rejected. And now that person tell the checker that the meter was installed on my name, what should I do now? If the electricity department writes FIR against my name, what should I do?

Hey, sure! The literal rule is the first rule of interpretation where the judge has to read the statute as it is and consider the literal meaning of what’s written. In mischief rule the focus is on curing the mischief, which means to prevent the misuse of provisions of a statute. As per this rule, the meaning of the statute should be interpreted in a way, where there is no room for mischief. Golden rule modifies the language of the words in a statute to successfully interpret the actual meaning of the legislation. It takes into account the context in which the words are used so that justice can be done to the intention of the legislation. I hope this clears your doubt.

Can you send me more facts. Termite in locker ??? Name of locker vendor? Age of locker. Last inspection report. Locker incharge. You are missing something important for sure. It's impossible. Termite must be in items deposited in locker.
