I thought the same thing. Benefit of the doubt she's talking about the battery percentage slider, which I have indeed never heard of on a softsynth before.
@@mickstuff2754 true. If they just sold the synth on its merrits instead of trying to upsell us, we probably wouldn’t be as mad. unfortunately, they chose the most corporate shill youtuber in the world to promote it. I mean nothing wrong with that, get that bag, but still.
@@zloboslav_ She did start playing audio from the vst immediately after saying that, which makes me think “this” is referring to the synth… which is just a stupid take.
@@uitham Well I guess that proves (to me at least) what little musical talent she possesses. If she needs to abuse those types of emotional triggers, then that is just pathetic. Really a testament to how subpar her content is.
Thats cause she doesnt exist. AI is getting iut of hand! But really this page is just Ableton and Ableton adjacent ad-space. Wonder what she gets paid though. Pretty sweet gig.
…. but these are really basic sounds (I mean it makes sense if they’re official presets lol) You could probably make most of these sounds in 30 seconds on any modern wavetable synth
@@strawberryjam3670 Exactly. They are extraordinarily basic. She’s clearly not a SOPHIE or and Arca, or even a Noisia or even an Aphex Twin in terms of sound design. Heck, she’s not even a skrillex.
I, a simple caveman who has never heard any music that didn't come from a handmade pig skin drum, am amazed by this so called "synth". I have definitely never heard anything like this before.
What harmonic richness. It is crazy. What originality. 3 basic notes, heard a thousand times, running in a loop. So many counter-points, I'm amazed... Presented as if it were exceptional... Well... The lamentable impoverishment of the level of knowledge of solfege in all its splendour.
@sowyliemusic hey Wylie, any chance I can have that purple apogee interface you promoted if you're not going to use it? Please, thanks, peace, smiles 😊
I love what you did with the the volume fader!! I’m an amateur, but I also produce. Our styles are completely different but you inspire me to adventure out and try styles like yours🙃
@@axxojaxx2510 There are producers on RU-vid that just do what they do and show everyone and there are others who come to youtube with a spicific goal to make money on here and it's obvious who's who.
Ok, so basically, yeah the track is pretty good, but she's trying to pretend that that's not a classic and really basic synth sound and that this overpriced beginner mid plugin is the best thing in the world... People don't hate because kf the track, in fact, the quality of the track proves that she's lying to the viewers so that she can get her money from the company
You can make any type of genre in any DAW... The only thing that can change apart from stock plugins that can change how your music sounds is the workflow, but you won't get influenced so easily if the DAW is good and you are smart and not lazy
Please forgive me but when I first started watching your videos I was like nah I'm not even gonna watch the whole thing but then I did and then I saw another few videos and damn your music is incredible! I would buy instrumentals from you! Keep making those beautiful beats!
You need the MPC61. It's the best piece of music hardware I've ever seen in my entire life. It has more things than you would ever be able to use in a lifetime. You can even put an SSD in it. Can hook it up to Wi-Fi or ethernet. And connect to splice through it. Its absolutely amazing and worth every penny.
Beat slaps and checked your other vidz and gear (nice synths)in your studio, your vocals and chops as a musician would smoke most of the hate in your comments. You win 🎉
I appreciate the manual volume fader work! it would be “easy” to automate within the daw, but so much more expressive and unique when playing it more like an instrument to tape 🤙🏻
