I guess you can call the ceiling, coffered, or limp wristed coffered. It's nice. I believe the builder was America West. Always great storage. There's a lot offered here. Garage has room for my red 73 grand am 2 door 455 v8 and a hurst shift, my 88 mazda mx6 gt turbo, with stick, and my daily driver. Room for a 4th. Hmmm a Bentley continental gt, bi turbo? You know my mazda is only 7 mph slower at 132 mph than that grand am at 139? That backyard has potential. Room for a couple of figs, apple, etc. TY for the tour.

The kitchen was perfectly sized. Big enough so you're not tripping over yourself to get around, but small enough to feel cozy and comfortable if you cook for yourself and don't rely on staff to get it done 24/7.

Only part I'd agree with others on the price being too high is that backyard not being landscaped or have a pool and outdoor dining area. If it isn't "move-in ready", then I'd lower that price by at least $200k.

You accidentally said the RV garage is 22 feet, but looks more like 45 feet, but sure everyone knows. I like how after showing an area you give a review with just the music, Good video tour.

Most definitely I would put a high end pool in with all the bells & whistles. Must have a covered patio with a very nice outdoor kitchen with seating for a very nice fireplace or fire pit

Way overpriced. Unfinished, un-landscaped backyard. NO POOL. No covered patio, cantina, outdoor barbecue, fire pit. House is soulless. No thanks.

The seller is priced above the comps. The property across the street, a 3 story with similar features, just sold for $1.2M. I will keep an eye on this one to see where they end up.

It’s just a cheap American West Track home thats all over the SW side of Vegas. The owners have cheap Amazon furniture and hardly furnished I guarantee the owners didn’t pay near that. These realtors are hyping up their clients to believe their homes are worth WAY MORE then reality

@lvbadboy, I'm not sure what "hyping up" the sellers would do for them or the realtor. No one gets paid until the property actually sells. I am very honest and straight forward with my sellers on price. Having an overpriced home sitting on the market does not allow the seller to maximize the equity in their home. In my experience, it's usually the owner that is emotionally attached to the home, and in turn, they believe it is worth more than the comps support. I find it's best to provide solid information and guide them through the process. Or... to your point, they get an inexperienced agent that is afraid to tell them the truth and it ends up hurting everyone. I appreciate your support and feedback. I hope you find what you are looking for.
