I appreciate you so much. Truly. You have helped me a lot over the worst time of my life. Hearing you gives me comfort and hope. OCD is so exhausting and awful to have; but listening to you makes me feel so much better and understood. Thank you so much for making these videos.

Sorry everyone. I failed. I thought I could do another test to check. First I watched 2 videos of nude girls and still felt the arousal I wanted. After a few minutes, I deviated from it and while I reacted what was natural for me, which was of disgust, the thought are still happening and the mind is fussing with the specifics of the test. Is this what usually happens to people that suffers SO-OCD? And what should I do? Should I do another test or stop this instant? And does making a mad expression on my face whenever a bad thought happens means that it’s OCD? Please help.

Thank you Ali. Everyone wish me luck. What the plan is for tomorrow is meditate for 15 minutes and do a breathing exercise from Ali’s spinoff channel. After that I’ll watch Disney’s Tarzan. I know that this will be difficult for someone who has suffered through SO-OCD. At least my Abuela will watch with me and provide emotional support and I’ll instruct her to tell me whenever I start avoiding, checking, and other OCD stuff and to snap me out of it. I’ll also do a short self talk before in which I try to work up the confidence to trust myself that I am what I was before and what I enjoy being, which is heterosexual. Would it be smart to do that or would that turn into a compulsion?

⁠Hi D, you have to let thoughts and feelings etc come in and don’t react at all. The fact you’re reassuring yourself that you’re not gay etc is what will worsen these thoughts. The arousal can be actually anxiety ( the sensations are the exact same). No matter what you do, you can’t change your BORN SEXUALITY, this is proven. So, these thoughts and doubts, don’t react at all. The arousals, stop reacting to them, ignore them. Keep IGNORING.

feeling guilty, because it’s not NATURALLY you. Stop overthinking any thoughts at all. Ignore ignore ignore and don’t label them as good or bad. Let them in, no reaction and if it comes back, no reaction.
