Mastur-bation almost destroyed my life, It made me look bad physically but Jesus Christ saved me and He His helping me to recover from the effects of mas-turbation. I've discovered with my walk with Christ that righteousness is better than iniquity and there are always grievous consequences to sin because of my experience with mastur-bation. I now know that when God tells you to do something, it is because He wants your life to be better not worse, His commandments to us are always commandments of love, not pride or boasting. I want you to know that everytime man do things their way, It always ends up in destruction and sorrow, but when man do things God's way, it ends up in Joy, Peace, and more life.

The way I overcame this sexual repetitive sin was to make a strict plan. This plan consisted of strict rules for myself such as; no t having any electronics on me while in bed except the T.V., no watching shows or movies with sensual dressed women, not talking about my past sexual experiences and praying/repenting of my sin. These rules helped me a lot. Just come up with your own rules and follow them to a T. Don't forgot to pray about it and you should see results as long as you try.

I was watching porn 5 times a day or more for several years. I'm now 28 and I haven't watched porn for over 6 years. Myself and my partner made the decision to wait until marriage in 2015. I'm married with a 3 year old son and free from porn. Thank God! God's word will cut addictions out of your life (Hebrews 4:12) If you need help drop me a line. I am overcoming my sins one by one through fasting and prayer this is what breaks the strongholds in our lives. When we deny self and appetite we automatically begin to deny our passion to continue in sin, but it is not a onetime thing it has to become a lifestyle. Come to God with a contrite spirit, be earnest, fall on your knees, lay prostrate before the Lord he will answer your call and give you the victory and most of all have faith without it it is impossible to please God.

I've been struggling for almost 5 years now. I watched this sermon when it was live, and when he started to list the 5 steps at 26:02, I remember bawling my eyes out from how tired I was with this addiction. I started bawling because the only thing I've done was the first one he listed, confessing to God. These past 5 years have been devastating, but not until watching this again today did I realize how far I've actually come in the past 2 years. Here I am now sitting at my desk watching this for the first time since it being live, and once again I'm bawling my eyes out, but this time with tears of joy. When I watched the part where he was listing the 5 steps, I started becoming overwhelmed with thankfulness because I had no idea how far I've actually come with this. I had nostalgia and flashbacks to when I watched this two years ago and remembered how hurt I was. I have been on my way to freedom for the past year by not only confessing to God but confessing to a best friend and removing the triggers, and I am on my way to getting the necessary help. I haven't felt this overjoyed in a long time. Thank you Lord!!

This man is not a pastor. He’s a motivational speaker who overcame sexual addiction. Apparently he’s “so” not addicted that he needs his wife to control his online content viewing - to such an extent that it rivals that of parental controls on a child’s device. A grown man has so little self-control that he needs his wife to lock down his device to the point where she needs to put in a password to download an app. Be he’s not addicted in the least.

After his disciples couldn't cast out the demon Jesus told them its because they needed to pray and fast also, not just praying but fasting too..A strong fast with no food at all combined with powerful prayer, against the pornography demon will destroy strongholds. The wisdom of God isn't something anybody can have, but generally is definitely something worth listening to! There is no wisdom in worshipping someone who was justifiably executed on a cross due to their actions, and having done that to themselves implies folly! There is no wisdom involved in being involved with any religion that has evidently been involved with sexual perversion with children, and provably so. The american church has paid out over $4billion to victims of members of the church who cant control themselves where young children are involved, so they should be the last ones advising anyone about pornography! Tasteful pictures are ok, but sex, that being the act of making love, instead of simply the function of sex, with no emotion and meaning, isn't worth knowing about! Of course young men, like young girls are apt to investigate their sexuality, nothing wrong with that! but a relationship is always nicer and much more satisfying than a magazine I would imagine!

I was addicted to porn for a long time, I seen videos where people got over their addiction but I didn't have the faith that I ever could stop. I got saved and asks the Lord for forgiveness, I would stop watching for a week then temptation hit me and I'd go right back. I sat down beside my bed and cried out to God, asking to give me strength throughout this time of temptation. This September will make a year, it was very hard and sometimes I do have lustful thoughts but you have to let the Holy Spirit come in and rebuke the devil everytime, God bless you all!!

Yeah man I use to play minimal once a day and it would go on for years. It all started when I was a young teenager but I would never touch. When I got a bit older I got addicted to the pleasure and explosiveness and I went too far with it. It was very bad.

May you shine your light and love on him so he can resist all the temptations in his life. Thank you. I needed to hear this today. I’ve been trying to support my husband of 13 years through his recovery from this addiction. There is so much pain, but seeing him as a wounded person and a child of God first helps give clarity. We have all sinned, but through Gods Grace we can be free and find healing. Thank you. I also want to recommend The Vow series from Life Church for all married couples. My husband and I have been watching those as well and they are so good.

Nate Lemos: I started saying this throughout the day Jesus said you shall know them by their fruit - what does your life look like? If you are still living in habitual sin and are a slave to sin then you need to be born again. Heres how i stopped watching Porn, I watched a documentary about human trafficking and forced sex slavery. In knowing that this industry is rooted deep into Occultism i decided to hate it. Knowing that the cruelty behind people enslaved by this seedy shadowy industry this aided in my conviction. I have been free from it since 2011. Praise Jesus
