Sexuality is not a sin, it's a God given instinct. It is holy. Acting sexually in an improper way is a sin, but then again, we are mere rudimentary creatures of flesh and blood and as long as we are on this earth, we're never going to be free of it. Did you really think that just because you have faith and believe in God that you wouldn't have to struggle anymore? Did you really think it would be easy from now on? It is NEVER going to get easy. This whole idea of "being born again" is incredibly misunderstood. Being born again isn't something that just gets done after some cosmic finger snap, that's not how it works. Being born again in Christ is an active life-long struggle. If you think you're free of sin because you've been "born again" then believe me brother, the only thing that has been born again are your pride and your ego.

I don"t believe one single word of you. And being born again is just a meaningless ceremony in church. Just as being baptized. A meaningless ceremony either.

It is often a product of a broken mind, and that's why better mental health care is needed, it can also be a result of being in bondage to demons, that keep the person bound to some of the same destructive sin cycles and patterns over and over again.

Reading the word you should be aware already of the importance of forgiveness. Considering your background it's probably a colossal struggle for you, but the greater the sin, the greater the need for forgiveness is. Remember that part of the Lords Prayer; "Forgive us our trespasses, as *we forgive* those who trespass against us.", that part is pretty important. I agree with your assessment though, real men don't rape boys. Or girls for that matter.

God will always forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness when you offer true repentance. Struggling with sin is a common Christian experience. We all struggle because our transformed spirits are still trapped in this sinful flesh whose inclinations are against the will of God. But live by the Spirit and exercise the spiritual disciplines regularly (praying earnestly, careful study of God’s words, congregating with other believers, setting boundaries) and you’ll be surprised by the change that will bring. You won’t become perfect, but you’ll have much more spiritual stamina to stand firm in the face of temptation. But remember this, Christianity is an ongoing life of repentance because we’ll sin in one way or another. But God’s Grace is sufficient and in our weaknesses is when his strength is much more displayed. Hope you’re encouraged by this brother.

God forgives you when you sincerely confess your sins out. You must keep in mind three things: (1) God knows your heart. (2) God knows the day and age that we are living in when most men and women aren't the same as they used to be. And (3) Demons are whats behind both these thoughts and impulses to sin! Some of it is our own flesh and rebellion. Howevet once you've been indulging in the sins for an extended period of time the doors often are opened to what are known as familiar spirits. These demonic spirits are what try and keep and individual bound to the same destructive sin cycles and patterns over and over again. I'm dealing with the same struggle and often I question did I test God's patience too far this time? We must eventually repent yes, but God's very patient. Look at how forgiving He was towards Samson who followed his own fleshly desires and paid for it dearly, but was forgiven.
