I have been watching most of your videos, I think all of them are really great and I haven't said nothing before. Today I will put my first comment ever on a youtube video, getting out of my comfort zone, sharing my thoughts!

Happy Birthday from when it was Connor! I've been watching your videos on and off for the past couple of years and they have helped me along my journey to get perspective on what action i can take. I believe i have more growing to do before i can lead with true confidence and have fallen into traps of people pleasing, which is now apparent a wall that i need to build (With a door which i can open and close when I have the time to.). The pennies have started to hit the floor now. :)

Jim Ron's metaphor really reminds me of nature's resilient power towards growth, whereas we human-beings cease to develop at some point of our life. Hence, as you demonstrated and said that is only possible departing a comfort zone. Happiest 44th birthday and stay always as healthy, robust and motivating as you are now.

Hey Conor! Great fan of all your work here. All very inspiring, so clear that I can implement right away. Just one suggestion. I think you start off with such peak of excitement for audience, but then later you get so technical, like this video. You could have simplified the brain part, just need few sentence I guess. I am not an expert, but just thought I share. Big thanks to you.
