@@makyhsmakyhs6766 wait what. Speed = Distance/time and Sprinting = Stride length × Stride Frequency. Bolt has biggest avg Strides and terrible avg Frequency. But his Peak Frequency is just super human with those strides is just super human. That's what makes him fastest

Blot retired to early and his 100 and 200 records will be broke by 2023-24 , blot could of done 9.5 for 100 and 18.90 for 200. I just don't think he was 100% foucs all the time
