it must have a "battery bar" on the display. also charging is quick cant imagine it would take longer than 5 mins for those 30 days. argument invalidated NEXT.
So many assume you lose card by losing your entire purse or wallet at once. I've lost cards just by dropping them in cracks, leaving them on tables. People lose them when they are using them and carrying them sometimes. I lost my master card and called the card company, but was able to continue using my visa or ATM that night and it helped a lot. Doesn't work if you lose your only card. I've also had cards frozen due to their mistake. I don't get why so many people don't realize backups can be useful even if you can deactivate the lost card.
Waluigi Ever notice how waluigi and hallelujah have the same amount of syllables? So you can replace hallelujah with waluigi in any song and it works perfectly. Sincerely, Brian Phillip Schmuckle
I don't know where that ATM is located, but you should report it. As an ATM installer and maintenance technician - that is completely illegal in all 50 states. You cannot autonomously shred someone's card. All ATM machines have a 'keeper' mechanism for people that a) enter the wrong pin too many times, or b) drive off and leave their card in the slot for more than 3 minutes with nobody taking it from the slot. All it does at that point is drop it into the return bin, along with any oddball bills it was unable to dispense or deposit due to whatever abnormality, etc. Including a time/date stamped record. That's it. No shredding mechanisms exist to install into ATMs. It's also why more and more of them are manual insert and remove swiper types these days... so people won't forget and leave their cards behind.
TopCraft Gaming You lose a card, you'll report it and cancel the card. If someone takes it for a while, swipe it into their fuze, and return your card. You won't know your information has been taken and he can do transactions with your card.
Yeo Justin you can check transactions and Any suspect activity is a reason the cancel your card and ask for a new one, the bank will refund what was spent by the thief.
☢ SNICKERS 5+2 GRATIS ☢ You manage to charge your phone, right? I don't see how a charge every 30 days or so would be a problem. Just have the charger on your nightstand or anywhere you find convenient
Abhi doesn't matter if you don't buy a product from the links he puts, as long as you click on the link, whatever you buy in the next 48 hours you get a commission off of even it is completely unrelated to the product he posted. Affiliate marketing and data mining. Either way you're paying him.
Coin kinda worked. It worked someplaces, but not others. The biggest issue was the fact you had to buy a new one every two years. That's a turn off. Plus it couldn't hold gift cards or membership cards.
Coin did not work at all. it worked at less than half of the places I used it at. No point in having a single card when you need to carry your regular cards with you when it doesn't work (which is ~65% of the time)
This seems like a pretty big security risk. Unless the cards are stored locally on the phone, which I doubt, any data breach at the company that made this is gonna screw over a lot of people.
Wallet case on your phone ;) This card and like a $100 bill and you're set my man. Going to wait till it comes out to see how it is but imo it looks pretty neat.
@@itztimmy9900 this one or the original one? this one works by switching the code of the bar from card to card it doesn't just all cards coded on the magnetic stripe.
the lack of headphone jack on the iPhone 7 is blown way out of proportion. i agree its annoying but not that annoying. apple need to innovate because when they don`t, people get pissed. if they don`t innovate people get pissed. in what scenario don`t idiots like you get pissed?
cwrwan taking away a feature that a majority of people use fairly often on their phones is not called innovating. It's called making their phone more proprietary to try and sell their $150 earbuds.
Just to be fair the only difference between this and what people have now is that everything is in one card. Instead of someone stealing your wallet and having 20 cards, they have 1 card. So they're still stealing the same thing, just less plastic.
Since my comment is dumb and badly writen, then why don't I compensate with a laugh. Check out "How to get a girlfriend" on my channel. Very short video where I abosolutly kill any chance of getting a girlfriend.
Yeah one card feels a bit naked. And would you need a wallet or just put in your pocket and would it get damaged? Could you lose it? Will it slip and fall?
hack what? theres not much you could do with this in the first place your better off just trying to skim normal CC's theres no info going to the phone almost at all other then the fact that there is a new card in the machine... and even if you steal it AND its on level one security you STILL need to know the pin for each card on the machine i mean theres nothing to do...
you don't need the pin if you don't want it, if you flip the bit on the megstripe tat tells the machine it has a pin then you can chose if you want a pin, ore a chip by just switching a 1 or a 0
That's not the way it works it stores the credit card info on the card and there's no credit card info coming from card to phone or vice versa because the card stores the info on it.
RatherA agree but nowadays you are generally swiping your card most places. Waiters and other retail places where they take card out of site are still a risk but that's with or without this device. Curious how secure this "wallet" is and at $130 I think it's a little pricey. I only carry 4 cards and use my smartphone to store all my membership cards (I use Beep'nGo) so this product isn't for me.
Hurriname not neccessarily. the info you put into the reader and app may not be encrypted. on Amazon for example, and most other shopping sites have a https address. that means it's encrypted.
I know you are all rebellious teenagers raging against the machine and all that jazz....However, there is just one piece of information you didn't quite clearly read on their web page. They don't store the information on the phone or the Fuze Company itself. All the card info is on the card itself backed up by your own personal 6 digit pin number that you input on the card itself, and it locks itself after 10 minutes or whatever amount of time you set it as. The App is used to just add cards and manage the security parameters of that card. Even the app itself has security. Research, educate yourself before it's too late.
The Airmelons were wiped out a hundred years ago by the Firemelons after the Avatarmelon disappeared. Only he could've been able to bring them together where we could see them coexist.
umm... putting credit card info into a card owned by a private company? it also connects to your phone which connects to the internet.... I'm not convinced.
The Lennipede yeah, eventually everything will be connected to the internet, it's inevitable. But I'd wait on buying a card like this, I bet that credit card company's themselves will make a card like this at some point
This is why all the Banks are reviewing this Card and if Approved.. they will allow the Chip to be embedded into it. The Chipped Cards will be done in October and mailed out to customers in January for those who ordered them.
"by a private company" and do you trust in govern? By the way, I belive that if someone has the information of your card this is useless if he has't the password Sorry for my english, im not fluent
So criminals have been skimming credit and debit cards for years. Now a company is selling a little machine so you can skim your own card and put that information in a company's hands? Sounds like a safe plan!
Ric777888 it's not connected to the internet...It just holds information about your cards. Besides they would to steal both you card and your phone and crack open the two devices to steal from you. It would be easier to just hack your bank account
@@theinternetsavedmylife It does not matter if it would be easier to 'just hack your bank account'. The fact that it created another possibility to get hacked is just enough reason.
So they can see your every move, they know when you are on the toilet and there is a vibration sensor that detects how many pieces of poop hit the toilet.
The idea is awesome. Just needs A LOT of work! Reliability - not having to worry if it dies because you literally have only 1 card to rely on. Security - like everyone is saying, it’s a hackers paradise! All bank account information in one!!! Awesome concept. But not good enough for now.
Might be because I'm an ignorant 20 year old, but I don't understand the point of multiple credit cards. I use one card for everything. And even if I did need multiple cards for whatever reason, why would you not just use the same pin for them all?
I have the iPhone 7 and this is my exact concern right now 😂 ...Would it work using the lighting-headphone-jack adapter that came with the phone though?
It's pretty interesting, but I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with the tech yet. Too many ways for things to go wrong. I mean, if it were open hardware/software I'd grab one in a heartbeat.
The problem with this kind of all-in-one card is that they do not support EMV-chip credit cards. They only support the last-gen credit cards that swipe. Fuze Card claims that they are working with the banks to make their EMV chip functional. I won't get one until the chip works.
shengheriverstudio that’s the problem with a lot of these technologies, like in my country Apple Pay works with only one bank and it’s a shitty expensive bank. It’s dependent on banks adopting new technologies that see no profit for them
@@lordvader5200 ah I see. In malaysia all credit cards have both magnetics strip and chip but merchants will no longer allow swiping. I guess not all countries have the chip option.
I guess you don't understand, he forgot to charge his card that means he already miss all the notifications and his charger is KIA somewhere in his shady room.
That won't ever happen. Mom and pop shops and new businesses will not implement it yet, it will take years. People still use the dollar electronic payments are not going to be mainstream for a very very very long time.
surely you could just steal a credit/debit card, and then swipe the strip or scan the barcode and then you can access the stolen cards money? Am I missing something which means this wouldn't happen?
No that wouldn't be possible, credit cards don't have barcodes, they have mag stripes, and even if you were to clone a card using this method, when you swiped the FUZE at a payment terminal you would still need to enter your pin code verification.
yeah but i thought if you are paying with a credit card you have to show your id card to show that this is yours, but the problem with this card is, that there is not your name on it to check with the id card
Because on some phones it glitches, on others - there is no such thing, this card has barcode emulator and a magnetic bar (some stores don't have the touchnpay), some cards are limited on touch payment (ex. : 50$ max), sometimes you want to leave your phone in the car for the music for someone who is waiting for you,... Many reasons ;)
What if your at a restaurant where giving your phone would be ridiculous, in a location where giving your phone isn't an option such as a place with a security window, or a drive through? What if your splitting a check, gonna give the server 5 different phones?
I backed up a very similar project called plastc card and i lost 250 USD because they couldn't get "enough" funds even do they raised and inexplicably spent 9 millions from backers and then just sent an email saying like thanks for your support but you won't get anything, we spent your money and we didn't accomplished anything. so i don't think is a good idea to back an other company with the same product and now that you can pay with your phone those cards just seem to by a lousy middle point in between switching from cards to phone payments.
nicolas montoya I'm with you on this one. plastc looked very promising and they kept improving the prototypes but was saddened when I too got the email saying that they went bankrupt... so much for my lost $$$ and constant delays. I'll consider this one if/when it ever hits the market.
Identification and payment/membership cards are completely different things. This gadget it obviously built to work with the second methods I mentioned. Not too hard to figure it out yourself lol.
