heyy could you please help me??😭 i have the black screen with cursor issue, i used your video from 11 months ago to try and solve it. it says i have the windows 11 pro edition, but windows wasnt activated. a few days ago i clicked "update and shut down" and the next day couldn't turn it back on, then i restarted etc, and the issue was solved‼️ i used it normally that day, then the next day i got the black screen again, and thought it would turn back to normal like it did the other day, but it didnt ⁉️ so i used your video but nothing worked except for the windows help safe mode screen. so on safe mode, settings, i uninstalled the recent updates like you said in your video, so i restarted it and a couple hours later it was working again and the issue was solved ‼️ but then i noticed that i couldn't open folders/ access files.
