Property tours DO attract buyers, no question about it. I like Mike, but this suggestion that property tours are somehow for the purpose of attracting buyers to buy a specific home, is comical in itself. It's obviously to show EXAMPLES of what homes look like in your specific city at specific price points. I've generated 16 clients for over $100k GCI from my youtube channel in the last 12 months, and not even so much as a reach out from a seller. And I've got a decent amount of property tours on my channel.

@dominickgalinis3210 Yes, I only have one channel. Only reason I would separate them is if I believed they attracted buyers AND sellers. Truthfully, as much as I'd love to believe you can get listings from youtube videos, I just don't believe it's possible. Is there some random chance a seller happens to come across your video right when they're needing to sell? Sure. But as a strategy, not so much. RU-vid is a search based platform, and the truth is, sellers are not searching youtube to find the solution of needing to list their home. And to be fair... neither are typical buyers, unless they are relocating.
