So very happy and proud of you Meg. It’s okay to be nervous that’s what makes you human, however being nervous and having the courage to do it anyways is what makes you brave. Whenever you do something for the first time it’s always a little scary. However when you do it a second time, you know what to expect so it’s not so nerve racking. I think when you do another TV presenting job you won’t be so nervous because you know what to expect.

okay i’m new to eventing, why do the grooms and team get the horses tack off so fast? and is that a requirement with the upper levels?

The horses tack is taken off as quickly as possible so that the horses can be cooled down using lots & lots of cool water. When they've worked hard & are hot, sweaty & puffing it's important that they are cooled down & walked off as fast as possible. Hope that helps to answer your question :-)
