I put a lot of effort into content as far as editing, I've improved so much over the last 2 years and you can see the change. I'm struggling with staying consistent with the algorithm though, but I will never stop trying. Now I'm researching this stuff in order to reach the people who would enjoy their time with us. Hello about choosing what kind of ad I want to have on my youtube, can you explain based on what, I should choose which ad to be shown on my videos for monetization.
I was under the impression that all videos made prior to the approval into RU-vid partner program - RU-vid got to keep those forever without monetization. I’m now realizing that perhaps this isn’t the case, and all the videos made prior to getting approved can then get income after the point we are approved. This makes me happy because we will have 20 videos that took us many months of work and planning and preparation - and we were so bummed thinking we’d never make a cent on them. This is fantastic news that we can still turn on monetizing for them. Is this right? They aren’t “lost to the tubes” forever no income?
Once approved, you can turn on monetization to all your old videos. From that point forward, you'll earn your share of the income from the ads on all of the videos that you choose to monetize. RU-vid keeps 100% of any money they earned from those videos prior to you being part to the RU-vid Partner Program.

I came here for one reason only because i was concerned that if i hit the milestone and applyed and everything if i eventually no longer met the requirements after I applied if i could pretty much get my monetization revoked... Now i know thankfully the answer is no. Tysm

So you're saying that if I don't live in an "eligible" country I can't be monitored? or does it mean monetisation will only be extended to videos watched in "eligible" countries ?
i just reached the requirements and the only thing i had to do is turn on 2 step verification however even after i turned it on and got the email it only took me to the requirement page with 2 step verification is not turned on. i don't know if i have to been for a little more time to elapse or if things are just bugged out.

The easiest way to get monetized is by getting an already monetized channel and start working. I know this because I've helped a lot of people to get their RU-vid monetized channels and start earning 👍🤑
