I asked Alexa to play “You Deserve It”.... it played a rap song by Future🤣😂🤣😂 I laughed for 30 minutes straight 🥴😂

I have a mild anxiety attack every time I think and realize the 90's were 30 years ago.

I had some heart issues that sent me into lifestyle change mode. I cut out sweets and white carbs. I got off diet drinks and I now take in lots more water. I started walking every day that weather permits. I put on my headset and listen to Christian music. It is me and God out there. I absolutely love it! I also have a DVD with exercises for seniors. I lost 25 lbs. I am 71 years young and walk between 2 to 4 miles a day. My cardiologist said keep walking. He says it exercises the heart and relieves stress. I feel the best I have in years and my clothes fit great 😊

The subject of privacy for our family, is why we would never vlog. Praying that God keeps your family safe from evil. 🙏♥️

People are so creepy sometimes, it’s scary but Good security can go a long way. This past January I promised myself that I would not go on any sort of diet after years of an eating disorder and constant dieting. I lost 50 pounds just eating normal and working out consistently. I won’t shame anyone going on a diet, but just remember that the more you tell yourself you can’t have something, you were going to want it. So make sure you find stuff you actually like!

I moved to Lincoln last year, but I followed your channel when I lived in CA. It was a coincidence that I ended up here. I am waiting for the time when I see you out and about. I wonder if I will be brave enough to say hi! Promise I'm not a creepy stalker!

People need to respect boundaries as well. We put up security cameras and our neighbours said we weren't allowed. So we had the police come out as they were making accusations. The police said our cameras were fine. They didn't like the answer and called the police on us. Once again they were told we are allowed to have security. It's ridiculous....

My 15 year old son has started playing tennis in high school and you’re right - when they get interested in it you find a way to get interested and involved too. This is how I believe folks should act...everyone deserves to be free to live their life and are entitled to privacy!!! Whether you're famous or not!! Blessings...

Puppy training. Use a puppy training pad and have a few squares of fake grass that fit over the top of training pad, but leave an inch or so from the edge. Have it set up in an area that you can put a baby gate across the doorway. Maybe laundry. If confined in a small area/ room you will find that she will go to the fake grass. The wee will drain through to the pad and you can pick up the poo with a tissue and flush it. Just hose the fake grass each day. I have about 8 squares so that I always have one handy. Good luck

Old worship music has deep words in it which strengthens you through hard times unlike now days music and words...👍🙏 My kids love olden days songs too I can even see how they change in a good way by listening to it!!! It’s the power of the Holy Spirit in them!!!

Hi Solo and Sarah....God bless you and your whole family....tho I only had 3 children....I am one of 9....you guys do a great job with the daily sharing of duties involved with raising children....because we lost one of our lambs....I have thought maybe I should have had more but leaning not to my own understanding....God has delivered me from that...Love you guys.....

When I got saved in the 80’s, I listened to Hosanna Praise and Worship .... (I had in cassette form 😂 which tells you how long ago it was).... I have started listening to those albums again this year on RU-vid.... I never realized how much I missed all those songs.... it’s scripture in song form. They also have instrumental full albums on RU-vid as well.

Thank you for sharing about security. We are just getting our RU-vid channel up and going and have several kids adopted through foster care so security was always a thought.

I was horrified to find that when I googled myself I found my home address, home and cell phone, age, etc. 😳 the internet is a scary place

Oh my goodness Sarah! So, my son is 2 1/2 and when I was pregnant with him I would listen to "You deserve it" on repeat. I love the song, but my son would move around and kick while it played. Even today, he sits still and sings when it plays. I get very emotional when it plays. Just wanted to share that I love the song too😊😊😊

I did the Keto diet.(25). Every 8th day was a cheat day. I didn't pig out. I moderately ate foods I missed, like some Mac&Cheese or 2 pieces of pizza, a soda, a grill cheese, etc. Not all in one day, just a choice of. 😅. I lost 42 pounds in 7 weeks. Total of 70 in 6 months. 😁😁. Was great. After the Holidays, will get back on it. 😁. Good Luck!! 😁😁. Bless You All!! Love You!! 💞💞

I’m on keto now medically, for ulcerative colitis.... but my husband was recently diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes.... so now I will have a keto buddy!! Which makes me excited because it’s really hard to cook my son and husband one meal... and then me another... I’ve been doing that a long time now. I agree that we live in a time where if someone wanted to really get info on you and your family they could. However having said that it is still important for you to do what you can to keep your family safe and keep as much info private as possible. There are ways online as well that you can use to protect your privacy. because you never know who s oit there and what their intentions may be.

Hello! Happy Thanksgiving! Yes the times are different and safety is priority for your family since you share a lot on RU-vid. When I was younger I turned to martial arts and self defense until I got hurt and had a bad knee injury. But you know what the two of can sit down with the kids and talk about security for your family and Belle and Judah are older maybe they would be interested with Sarah about taking a self defense class or something. I wonder if your gym may offer something like that or have a connection to someone who offers that self defense class. Omg! I can’t believe Seth is 1 just watched his birthday party video...take care and be safe and stay healthy.

Y’all two are funny and have a good sense of humor. When my grandson heard another classmate say a certain color of his friend. He asked why they call his friends black? He said they are not black they are brown. Their hair is black but their skin is brown. Also a question. It was why do they say Red heads? Their hair is not red. I said all true their skin is brown and their hair is black. The little girls hair is ginger. But he said we are all made in God’s imagine. So God is striped colors. Out of a mouth of a small child.
