The Big Boy Pancake recipe: Literally the same as a regular pancake, but when you pour the batter, instead of pouring it in small portions, just pour the whole thing. Then, leave the bottom part of the pancake to almost cross the line to being burnt, then flip it. The front of the pancake, when flipped, should take noticibly less time than the previous flip, and when you do take the pancake, the front should look like a person's face with puberty, or a mountain range, whichever works. Add too much butter.

Easy Shepherd’s Pie Recipe Prep time: 15 minutesCook time: 50 minutesYield: Serves 4 INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 to 2 pounds potatoes (about 3 large potatoes), peeled and quartered 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups) 1-2 cups vegetables-diced carrots, corn, peas 1 1/2 lbs ground round beef 1/2 cup beef broth 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice 1. Boil the potatoes: Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in medium sized pot. Cover with at least an inch of cold water. Add a teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). 2. Sauté vegetables: While the potatoes are cooking, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until tender, about 6 to 10 minutes. If you are including vegetables, add them according to their cooking time. Carrots should be cooked with the onions, because they take as long to cook as the onions do. If you are including peas or corn, add them toward the end of the cooking of the onions, or after the meat starts to cook, as they take very little cooking time. 3. Add the ground beef, then Worcestershire sauce and broth: Add ground beef to the pan with the onions and vegetables. Cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Bring the broth to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, adding more beef broth if necessary to keep the meat from drying out. 4 Mash the cooked potatoes: When the potatoes are done cooking (a fork can easily pierce), remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl with the remaining 4. Tbsp of butter. Mash with a fork or potato masher, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Layer the meat mixture and mashed potatoes in a casserole dish: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread the beef, onions, and vegetables (if using) in an even layer in a large baking dish (9x13 casserole). Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of the ground beef. Rough up the surface of the mashed potatoes with a fork so there are peaks that will get well browned. You can even use a fork to make creative designs in the mashed potatoes. 6. Bake in oven: Place in a 400°F oven and cook until browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes. If necessary, broil for the last few minutes to help the surface of the mashed potatoes brown. (Be careful when broiling using Pyrex or glass dishes, they have been known to shatter under the high heat of the broiler. It's not a worry if you are using a ceramic or metal casserole dish.) Suggested variations: Put a layer of creamed corn between the ground beef and the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top of the mashed potatoes before baking.

STEP 1 Make the base: Put the flour into a large bowl, then stir in the yeast and salt. Make a well, pour in 200ml warm water and the olive oil and bring together with a wooden spoon until you have a soft, fairly wet dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 mins until smooth. Cover with a tea towel and set aside. You can leave the dough to rise if you like, but it’s not essential for a thin crust. STEP 2 Make the sauce: Mix the passata, basil and crushed garlic together, then season to taste. Leave to stand at room temperature while you get on with shaping the base. STEP 3 Roll out the dough: if you’ve let the dough rise, give it a quick knead, then split into two balls. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into large rounds, about 25cm across, using a rolling pin. The dough needs to be very thin as it will rise in the oven. Lift the rounds onto two floured baking sheets. STEP 4 Top and bake: heat the oven to 240C/220C fan/gas 8. Put another baking sheet or an upturned baking tray in the oven on the top shelf. Smooth sauce over bases with the back of a spoon. Scatter with cheese and tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and season. Put one pizza, still on its baking sheet, on top of the preheated sheet or tray. Bake for 8-10 mins until crisp. Serve with a little more olive oil, and basil leaves if using. Repeat step for remaining pizza

Directions Instructions Checklist Step 1 Chop cookies very fine in food processor. The white cream will disappear. Step 2 Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl. Step 3 In a large bowl mix milk, pudding and whipped topping together. Step 4 Combine pudding mixture and cream mixture together. Step 5 Layer in flower pot, starting with cookies then cream mixture. Repeat layers. Step 6 Chill until ready to serve. Step 7 Add artificial flower and trowel. Enjoy!

I really like the recipe for asparagus where you preheat the oven to 425, take as many asparagus spears as you want, put some olive oil on them (as well as whatever seasonings you want - I recommend salt, pepper, onion powder, etc.) and bake them for 12-15 minutes

Recipe: Chocolate chip cookies Ingredients: 1 cup. Flour 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp. Baking soda 1 ½ cups of packed dark brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 stick of butter browned 1 egg 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 oz. semi sweet baking bar 4 oz. milk baking bar (You can also use Chocolate chips) Instruction: Combine flour, salt and baking soda therrowly, sift into separate bowl Roughly chop both baking bars and set aside Slice butter and set in pot, on medium heat melt butter until brown(you should smell a nutty aroma when finished) pour off browned butter in container, make sure to pour off as least amount of sediment as possible In a large bowl add your brown and white sugars, mix them on low. Afterward add browned butter and put it on medium speed(you can also do this by hand) On medium speed add your egg and egg yolk afterwards add flour mixer with your vanilla flavoring Once your dough is therrowly mix fold in your roughly chopped baking bars. Use your hands or a cookie scooper(ice cream scooper is also an option) to form your dough into a ball. Put them onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper,(n o t w a x) leave in fridge to chill for 2-4 hours(optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spread out cookies evenly and place them in the oven for 7minutes or until edges begin to crisp .(tip: after 6 minutes open the oven and slightly lift and drop the baking sheet,this helps with air bubbles) Take out your cookies once the timer is finish and let them cool for 5 minutes For long lasting cooking out then in a container with a slice of bread in the bridge

Stuffed peppers lol *the stuff* A pound of the ground (beef) 1/2 cup rice any is fine A cup o water 6 peppers measure up or down off of 6 for more or less 2 cans of tomato sauce A tablespoon Worcestershire 1/4 teaspoon onion powder or like a quarter of a diced onion 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 clovs As much Italian seasoning as you want *the steps* •Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). •Step 2 Place the rice and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook 20 minutes. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until evenly browned. Step 3 Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward. (Slice the bottoms of the peppers if necessary so that they will stand upright.) Step 4 In a bowl, mix the browned beef, cooked rice, 1 can tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each hollowed pepper. Mix the remaining tomato sauce and Italian seasoning in a bowl, and pour over the stuffed peppers. Step 5 Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, basting with sauce every 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender.

Simple Sirloin Steaks INGREDIENTS 2 sirloin steaks, each about 200g and 2cm thick 1 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tbsp butter 1 garlic clove, left whole but bashed once 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary (optional) STEP 1 Remove the steaks from the fridge about 30 mins before you plan to cook, so they’re closer to room temperature. Pat the steaks dry with kitchen paper, and season with salt and pepper. Take a heavy-based frying pan that will comfortably fit both steaks, add the oil and heat over a high flame. STEP 2 When the oil is shimmering, turn the heat down to medium-high and add the butter. Once it’s sizzling, carefully lay the steaks in the pan, tucking the garlic and herbs in at the sides. STEP 3 With a pair of tongs, sear and turn the steaks every 30 secs to 1 min so they get a nice brown crust. As a rough guide, each steak will take 3 mins in total for rare, 4-5 mins in total for medium and 7-8 mins for well done. If you have a digital cooking thermometer, the middle of the steak should be 50C for rare, 60C for medium and 70C for well done. Goes well with: Chips, baked skinny fries, sweet potato fries.

Sugar cookies: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

How to Make Homemade Artisan Bread in 5 Steps Mix the dough ingredients together. At first the dough will seem very dry and shaggy and you’ll question if it will even come together. But it will. Use a spatula at first, then switch to your hands to ensure all of the flour is moistened. The dough is actually a little sticky after it’s thoroughly mixed. Let it rise at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for about 2-3 hours until doubled in size. Use right away or refrigerate. After 2-3 hours, you can immediately continue with the next step. However, for ideal flavor and texture, I strongly recommend letting the dough sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours and up to 3 days. Yes, 3 full days! I usually only let it rest for about 18 hours. During this crucial step, the cold air slows the fermentation process and adds so much flavor and texture. So, you can bake bread in 2-3 hours or in 3 days. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. 🙂 Shape into 2 loaves or 1 boule. Rest as oven preheats. You can shape the bread into a round loaf (boule) or two longer loaves. I usually make 2 longer loaves side-by-side on a flat baking sheet, about 9×3 inches each. Score with a sharp knife or bread lame. Preheat the oven to a very hot 475°F (246°C). The extremely hot air will immediately set the crust so the bread rises up instead of spreading all over. To help ensure a crispier crust, after the oven pre-heats- pour boiling water into a baking pan on the bottom oven rack. Immediately place the dough inside and shut the oven door to trap the steam. The steam will help create that coveted crisp crust. If you have a dutch oven, shape the dough into 1 round loaf, and bake it inside the dutch oven with the lid on. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Gently tap the loaves because if they sound hollow, they’re done.

Hot chocolate w/ marshmallows: You will need: 1 bag of instant hot chocolate mix, a thing of milk (not expired), some marshmallows, a mug, a microwave, instructions for the hot chocolate mix, a spoon NOTE: Maybe read the other instructions for the hot chocolate mix just in case there's some poison or something, but don't do the "heat milk in one container then pour it into mug" thing. It just adds on more dishes to wash and there's a chance of spillage and I don't like either of those. 1. Pour the hot chocolate mix into the mug, then pour some milk into the mug and maybe mix it a little. 2. Microwave the mug with the mix and milk inside for however long the instructions for the hot chocolate mix says. 3. Don't burn yourself getting the mug out of the microwave. It'll hurt. 4. Stir the milk and the mix with a spoon until it's all one color, and then some. There's probably some lazy mix at the bottom that needs stirring. 5. Pour the marshmallows on top on the one-color liquid. 6. It's delicious.

bread sandwich recipe: -get 3 loaves of bread (any kind) -now, make a normal sandwich, but instead of something like meat, you put the 3rd slice of bread IN BETWEEN the other 2 loaves of bread you can also use 3 different kinds of bread for some variety (might not taste as good put together though)

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat (we use a Dutch oven). Add the meat and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. As the meat cooks, use a wooden spoon to break it up into smaller crumbles. Add the onions and cook, stirring every once and a while, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, tomato paste, oregano, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring continuously for about 1 minute. Pour in the water and use a wooden spoon to scrape up any bits of meat or onion stuck to the bottom of the pot. Stir in the tomatoes, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and a generous pinch of black pepper. Bring the sauce to a low simmer. Cook, uncovered, at a low simmer for 25 minutes. As it cooks, stir and taste the sauce a few times so you can adjust the seasoning accordingly (see notes for suggestions). COOK SPAGHETTI About 15 minutes before the sauce is finished cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil then cook pasta according to package directions, but check for doneness a minute or two before the suggested cooking time. TO FINISH Take the sauce off of the heat, and then stir in the basil. Toss in the cooked pasta, and then leave for a minute so that the pasta absorbs some of the sauce. Toss again, and then serve with parmesan sprinkled on top.

Make some homemade Limoncello! You need... 5 lemons, peel only 1 1/4 cup pure grain alcohol glass jar with seal 3 cups of water 1 1/4 cup sugar Using a vegetable peeler, peel the skin off of each lemon in long strips, making sure to only peel the skin and not peel into the white pith of the lemon. Place the strips into the glass jar and add the alcohol. For alcohol I use everclear or you can use vodka. Mix together and seal shut. Store in a dark, cold place, like a basement, for at least 30 days. After 30 days, continue to the next step. Add the water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the sugar and heat over medium/low heat until the sugar has completely melted into the water. Remove from heat and set aside to cool off. Once the sugar water has cooled, strain the lemon alcohol into the sugar water and discard the peels. Mix together to make the limoncello. Transfer the limoncello into a bottle and store in the refrigerator. Serve the limoncello in chilled glasses and enjoy responsibly! Cin cin!!

Ingredients 2 pints fresh jarred oysters (find them in the seafood section) 4 cups medium coarse saltine cracker crumbs - about 2 sleeves 1 cup melted butter (2 sticks) 1-1/2 cups half & half 1/2 cup oyster liqueur (the liquid in the oyster jars) 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Drain the oysters, reserving the 1/2 cup of oyster liqueur. In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs and butter. Spread 1/3 of the cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13" casserole dish, and then top with 1/2 of oysters. Sprinkle with pepper. Repeat these steps once more. Combine the half & half, oyster liqueur, worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour the liquid mixture over top of the layers in the casserole dish. Top with the remaining crackers. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until top is golden and edges are bubbly.

I just made a turkey gumbo for New Years Eve and it was LOVELY. ...Off the top of my head, I can recall for gumbo: (let me know if y'all use this recipe!) 2 cups of rice, some filé powder, 1tsp Cajun seasoning (we used Slap Ya' Mama last time, but you could use a different amount of Tony's or make your own.) 1tsp Thyme 1tsp smoked paprika 2 large bayleaf 0.5 cup of vegetable /canola oil (avocado oil works too), 0.5 cup of all- purpose flour (Sorghum flour and/or cassava flour works wonders for those allergic to gluten, which my mom is), the cajun trinity (yellow onion, celery, green bell pepper) (Enough onion and celery to make 1.5 cups of onion and 0.5 cups of celery. also 1 whole pepper), 0.25 cups of minced garlic, 6 green onions, 2 lb. of boneless chicken thighs, 1 lb smoked sausage or andouille (a cajun pork sausage), 2 quarts of chicken stock Dice the trinity (put into a bowl), mince the garlic (put into a different bowl), cut the green onions(White parts go with trinity, green in another bowl), and cut sausage into half-moons(probably another bowl if you want). Cut thighs into chunks. In an 8qt. stock pot (or a rice pot or a magnalite pot if you got that) Start fixing up your roux (pronounciation: roo). Throw in your oil (proniunciation: earl), then throw (don't actually throw it, you'll burn yourself with hot earl.) your flour in when it's heated up (the oil'll be shimmering). On med/low heat, stir the roux 'till brown enough (regular flour brown: milk chocolate; gluten free brown: pecan brown). When brown enough, throw in the trinity, green onion whites, and cajun seasoning, then mix it up real good and cover it for five minutes (fire's still on med/low) and stir after the timer's up. Repeat this step until the vegetables become translucent, then add your garlic, thyme, paprika, bayleaf, chicken, and sausage. Mix it up and cover again for 5 minutes, timer beeps, stir, repeat. Everything will release its juices and the whole thing will begin to look like an etouffee or a really thick stew. When it looks like that, throw in your chicken stock, mix it up real good, turn your fire to high, cover it 'till it comes to a rolling boil (pronounciation: berl). Once boiling, turn to med/low/low and cover partially 30-40 mins. Once the meats are fully cooked and lots of oil has risen to the top, turn off the heat, cover it, and let it rest for the duration of time it takes to cook your rice (start making rice now). Once that's done, open up your gumbo and start taking off alot of that excess oil that's all up on top'a the gumbo. Throw in your green onion green parts, mix it up. Taste it to see if it's seasoned enough; season to taste. Now serve!! If it ain't thick enough, throw some filé in there to make it thick enough for your liking!

:O thank god someone FINALLY explained it to me! anyways here's my favorite recipe for no-bake, oatmeal fudge drop cookies and it's super fast and easy to make: Ingredients 1 stick unsalted butter 2 cups sugar 4 tablespoons​ cocoa powder 1 teaspoon​ vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups quick oats Steps to Make It : Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk, cooking until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Stir in the peanut butter and oats. Drop by the spoonful onto a sheet of waxed or parchment paper or aluminum foil. Allow to cool until firm before serving. Refrigerate if you wish.

It may be a repost comment but the man demands for recipes so i do what i must INGREDIENTS CURTIDO: 1/2 head of cabbage (2 cups of shredded cabbage) 1 medium carrot grated 1 tablespoon dried Mexican oregano (if you can't find Mexican oregano, use Italian!) 1 cup hot water 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon granulated sugar PUPUSA DOUGH: 3 cups (11.8 ounces/334g) masa harina (such as maseca) 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 3/4 cup cold water (from the faucet is fine) FILLING: 2 cups (7.5 ounces) shredded mozzarella (or Oaxacan cheese or any other melty cheese) 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño peppers diced 1/2 cup diced roasted butternut squash FOR HANDS: 1 cup water 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE CURTIDO: To a medium bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrots and Mexican oregano. In a measuring cup, stir together the hot water, vinegar, salt and sugar; pour it over the cabbage/carrot mixture. Allow it to come to room temperature and then cover it with plastic wrap and transfer it to the fridge for at least 4 hours and preferably a day before To Make the Pupusa Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the masa harina and salt. Pour in the cold water and using a spatula, stir the masa until mostly combined. Then, using your hands, mix the dough until a very soft dough forms. The dough will be very soft. This is totally okay; this means a delicious pupusa is on the way! I found it easiest to use a 2 ounce ice cream scoop and scoop out the masa into balls onto a piece of parchment. You could also do this with your hands but be sure to make the water/oil mixture above and coat your hands with it first. TO ASSEMBE THE PUPUSAS: Add the water to a measuring cup and pour in the oil (you can eyeball this). Lightly dip your hands in the water/oil mixture, making sure your palm are evenly coated. This will make it so the masa doesn’t stick to your hands. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. I like to place the pupusas in the oven while I make the rest of the pupusas so they can stay warm and melty. I placed a cooling rack atop a baking sheet and placed it in the oven. Working one at a time, flatten the balls gently until they're about 1/2-inch thick discs. Place a tablespoon or two of mozzarella cheese, a small bit of diced jalapeño and squash into the center and wrap the dough around the filling creating a half moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal it completely. And then pat the dough gently, flattening it and alternating hands until it reaches about 1/4-inch thick and about 4-inches in diameter. Feel free to re-grease your hands as needed. Repeat with the remaining balls of dough. Meanwhile, preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of neutral oil and brush the surface with a silicon brush. Add the pupusas to the pan, fitting two to three at time. Don’t be shy to break out another cast iron skillet (if you own it). Cook each pupusa for 4 to 6 minutes per side and then transfer to the baking sheet in the oven. Repeat this process until you’ve worked your way through all of the pupusas. TO SERVE THE PUPUSAS: Serve the pupusas with the curtido, wedges of lime and salsa.

I have a fudge recipe that I adapted myself! Here it is: Mars' fudge 1 1 /2 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup if preferred less sweet 3/4 tsp Salt, I just eyeball it in my palm 1 /2 Stick Butter 14 oz Marshmallow Fluff, 2 small jars or 1 big jar 6 oz Evaporated Milk, half a can A good firm splash of vanilla 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate and a few oz of 72% and/or 100% dark chocolate Optional walnuts, add as many as you'd like in, they would be very good Put the first five ingredients in a medium to large pot over medium heat and combine well, stirring constantly and scraping the bottom and the sides of the pot as you stir. Continue stirring until the mixture comes to a rolling boil (lots of bubbles), stirring constantly for 5 minutes while it's boiling. Over the course of the 5 minutes the mixture will double in size in the pot and then reduce, taking on a tanner color. If you forgot to check the time when the boiling started, the size and color of the mixture will be the biggest indicator for when it's done. When you feel it's done, turn off the burner and add chocolate and vanilla, stirring well to combine before pouring into a greased and/or lined pan. That's it! if you'd like to add walnuts, add those right after the chocolate has completely melted and the fudge is well combined. It's really smooth and creamy because of the marshmallow fluff but it's not too sweet! Just a nice simple fudge :D

a recipe for marshmallow brownies the ingredients: 170g cooking chocolate, roughly chopped 115g butter 225g soft brown sugar 170g plain flour 1tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 to 2 handfuls mini marshmallows the method: 1. preheat the oven to 180°C for 20 minutes. grease a 15 x 20cm baking tin and line with baking parchment. 2. melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in a pan over barely simmering water, whilst stirring constantly. 3. in a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. 4. stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, then beat in the eggs one at a time, until well incorporated. 5. slowly add in the flour whilst stirring, then finally stir through the marshmallows. transfer the brownie mixture to the prepared baking tin. 6. bake the brownie mixture in the preheated oven for up to 15 to 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. 7. remove the marshmallow brownies from the oven. allow them to cool for 15 to 20 minutes, before slicing into squares and serving warm.

I see. Garlic noodles are a nice simple meal i've been making lately. All you really need are some egg noodles, 3 cloves of fresh garlic, and some margarin to grease the pan with. To top the noodles you use fish sauce and oyster sauce, or worshistre sauce as a substitute for either of them. You can also use soy sauce or sriracha as a final topping if you like. Step 6: When the eggs reach the desired cooking time, use tongs to remove the eggs from the hot water and immerse gently into the prepared ice water to cool, about 10 minutes. Step 7: Gently tap the eggs against a hard surface and peel away the shell. Rinse the egg under cold water to remove any bits of shell and pat dry.

Ingredients 6 ounces (170g) high quality semi-sweet chocolate, such as Ghirardelli or Lindt 1/2 cup (115g; 1 stick) unsalted butter 1/4 cup (31g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled) 1/2 cup (60g) confectioners’ sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 2 large egg yolks 8 teaspoons (42g) creamy peanut butter (about 2 teaspoons per cake)* optional for serving: ice cream, melted peanut butter and/or chocolate syrup for drizzling Instructions Spray each ramekin with nonstick cooking spray and dust with cocoa powder. This ensures the cakes will seamlessly come out of the ramekins when inverted onto a plate in step 6. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Coarsely chop the chocolate. Place butter into a medium heat-proof bowl, then add chopped chocolate on top. Microwave on high in 10 second increments, stirring after each until completely smooth. Set aside. Whisk the flour, confectioners’ sugar, and salt together in a small bowl. Whisk the eggs and egg yolks together until combined in another small bowl. Meanwhile, put the bacon in a large, cold skillet, then cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy, about 8 minutes; transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon. 3. Sprinkle the chicken lightly with salt and pepper and add to the skillet in a single layer. Let cook, undisturbed, until golden brown on the underside, 2 to 3 minutes. greg chun cheesecake asmr Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups Honey Maid graham cracker crumbs. 1/3 cup butter, melted. 1 1/4 cups sugar, divided. 3 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened. 1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream. 2 teaspoons vanilla. 3 eggs. 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling. Heat oven to 350 F. Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours. Top with pie filling before serving.

cinnamon rolls i made the other day but its from memory: 1. add a package of yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons) to 2 cups warm water. add like. a cup of white sugar. mix well to feed the yeast. add 1/2 cup canola oil or melted butter, your choice. add a teaspoon of salt then like. 7-9 cups of flour. i usually use around 8. mix this up until it looks like dough 2. take dough out of bowl and knead it well. do whatever works here. slap the dough. punch the dough. just make sure its nice and smooth for rolling. 3. roll out smooth dough with rolling pin until about 1 inch thick, or however close you can get. slather on butter, cinnamon, and white sugar 4. once slathered, roll it into a long dough burrito. cut into 1 inch discs and put them in glass baking dish. put on top of fridge and let rise overnight 5. set oven to. fuck i cant remember. 400 deg f? 6. let bake for 12-15 minutes, should look a bit golden-brown around the edges 7. find some other glaze recipe online (maybe theres one in these comments, who knows) and enjoy your cinnamon rolls

my recipe for the rice i make when you're almost done cooking the rice add salt and pepper, then a lot of lemon pepper, middle amount of paprika and a little bit of cumin like lemon pepper is on first place paprika is on second and cumin the last place of amount I don't like cumin that much because it smells like military grade BO but it give the rice this light brownish "cooked" color and I like it sometimes i add diced and fried sweet peppers *chef's kiss* i got complimented on my rice recently by my manager who's been working in a restaurant for like 20 years

bottled water (HOME MADE) you will need: - a bottle - water directions: 1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees 2. actually, nevermind. turn the oven off. 3. take the bottle (preferably a washed reuseable bottle but hey whatever works am i right) 4. you're gonna want to put the bottle underneath a sink of some sort (again i would a tap with a filter but you can use a brita, raw dog the water straight from your hyperchlorinated city water treatment facility, a local brook or stream, or just use bottled water to make your bottled water it doesn't really matter you just need some water to get in there) 5. close the bottle and from here you should be good to go! getcha water here!!!

A high oven temperature makes Crispy-Cakey Chocolate Chip Cookies crisp around the edges. The middle stays thick and cakey because the baking time is so short. Getting this texture is easier if you use smaller-sized mounds of dough.

Hamburger: 2 pieces white sandwich bread, crusts removed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces 1/3 cup milk 2-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3 garlic cloves, minced 1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons ketchup 3 pounds 85% lean ground beef 3 scallions, very finely sliced (optional) 8 hamburger buns Preheat the grill to high heat. In a large bowl, mash the bread and milk together with a fork until it forms a chunky paste. Add the salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and mix well. Add the ground beef and scallions and break the meat up with your hands. Mix everything together until just combined. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form balls. Flatten the balls into 3/4-inch patties about 4-1/2 inches across. Form a slight depression in the center of each patty to prevent the burgers from puffing up on the grill. Put a cube of ice in the dent. Oil the grilling grates. Grill the burgers, covered, until nicely browned on the first side, 2 to 4 minutes. Flip burgers when ice is mostly melted and continue cooking for a few minutes more until desired doneness is reached. Before serving, toast the buns on the cooler side of the grill if desired. Freezer-Friendly Instructions: The uncooked burgers can be frozen for up to three months. (Freeze the burgers on a baking sheet or plate so their shape sets, then transfer them to a sealable plastic bag for easy storage.) Defrost the burgers overnight in the refrigerator prior to serving and then cook as directed.

Pizza bread, easy as fuck and you have most definitely made it before -Any bread -Tomato sauce -Shredded or sliced cheese -Any toppings, I like pepperoni or sliced vegetables Toast the bread if you want to, this is basically optional but it will taste 10x better if you do it. It helps to prevent the pizza getting soggy. Put the sauce on the bread, then the cheese, then the toppings. Microwave for 20-30 seconds. Pop on the TV and have yourself a night.

"Italian chicken", no this isn't a joke You need like 4 or 5 chicken breasts, an oven bag, can of stewed tomatoes and whole potatoes, season the chicken with sazón, adobo, completa, any Italian seasoning, basil and parsley if you want Pour the whole can of tomatoes in there, drain the potatoes and put'em in there, add the chicken, tie the oven bag, poke holes in it so it doesn't explode, that's real important Cook at 375 for about an hour and a half and you're done

Straight from Argentina: Tarta de Jamon y Queso (Ham and Cheese Pie): Pie Crust (2) Ham (like a whole packet) Cream cheese (Half of the packet) Eggs (2) You take your pie conteder thingy, wathever, put the pie crust on top of it, make sure it covers the whole surface, pour 2 beaten eggs all over it, then cover all the egg surface with ham until its a full layer, place cut cheese in evenly manner then seal the pie with the other crust. Seal it good, add seeds on top if you feeling fancy and then into the oven at high heat for 10 minutes, after those 10 check on it, pokes some holes with a fork to release tension, then lower the heat JUST a bit and wait another 10 mins. Boom, Tarta de Jamon y Queso.... or a mess that exploded in your oven, it's kinda hard to teach someone how to cook via text alone, and even if they follow it perfectly it'll probably not end up the same, but hey practice makes perfect. Also if you're vegan, just replace all the non-vegan stuff with its apropiate counterpart, or whatever, you're smart, you can cook good.

Borscht Recipe: 3-4 beets 2 potatoes 1/2 white cabbage 1 red onion 4 cloves garlic 16 oz beef stock red wine vinegar, to taste white pepper, to taste salt, to taste 1-2 tbsp allspice, to taste OPTIONAL sausage 2 bay leaves 1. Set a large pot over medium heat, add stock and bay leaves. As individual ingredients are prepared, throw them in. 2. If using sausage, chop it and saute until it is caramelized. This is where a lot of the flavor comes from, so cook it as long as possible, almost like you are caramelizing them. 3. Grate two of the beets, throw them in the pot. Dice remaining beets and potatoes, then saute them together in the same skillet as the sausages. Throw them in. 4. Chop the onion, saute with garlic and add to the pot. 5. Season with salt, white pepper, allspice, and red wine vinegar to taste. You need to balance the sourness with the heat from the pepper. Remember, traditional borscht is made with fermented beet juice, so that is the flavour you should be going for. 6. You can eat it as soon as the stew is seasoned, but keep in mind that the longer it cooks the more the flavours will deepen, and the more the crimson from the beets will suffuse through the other ingredients. I find it tastes best after a night in the fridge. 7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill. Slices of toasted fresh bread are very good with this, if you have them.

here is a recipe that my mom uses for cheeseball, its great and i love it! 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese 1/2 cup diced ham 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 green onion 1 Tbsp dried parsley or 2 Tbsp fresh 1 clove of garlic, pressed or minced (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Additional pecans or parsley to cover Mix all ingredients together and form a ball. Cover the ball with pecans or parsley. It's best if chilled, but can be eaten right away.

Repeat layers, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese. Step 5 Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Cheesy Butter Stuffed Shells Not my recipe but I don't want to type it out and this is pretty close to mine, recipe from Delish 15 jumbo pasta shells 1 1/2 c. ricotta 1 c. Italian cheese blend, plus more for topping 1 large egg kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan Fresh basil, torn, for serving --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350°. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain, then return to pot and let cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together ricotta, Italian cheese, and egg, and season with salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into shells. In a saucepan or skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan and season with pepper. Pour 2/3 of the sauce into an oven-proof skillet or baking dish, then arrange stuffed shells on top of sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, 18 to 20 minutes. Garnish with basil and serve.

Taco Pie. It sounds gross, I know but it's really good- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls 1 pound ground beef 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Step 2 Lay crescent dough flat on the bottom of a square cake pan and bake according to package directions. Step 3 Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well. When the dough is done, remove it from the oven and place the meat mixture on top, then layer with sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips. Step 4 Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

Trust me - this is one of the best chicken dishes you’ll ever make. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour 5 minutes Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes Servings: 4 Author: Jhuls @ The Not So Creative Cook *Ingredients* 1200 g whole chicken 2 tbsp chicken rub (recipe below) *For the sauce:* 180 ml (¾ cup) Pepsi ¼ cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar 1/3 cup tomato paste 3 garlic cloves crushed 60 ml (¼) cup Sriracha 1 tbsp smoked paprika ½ tsp salt *Instructions* 1) If making the sauce ahead of time, combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over low-medium heat until it thickens (about 5-10 minutes). Let cool before keeping in the fridge. You may keep this overnight. Preheat your oven to 400 F. Prepare a roasting pan. Set aside. 2) Pat dry the chicken using a paper towel. Massage the chicken with the chicken rub. Open a can of Pepsi and remove half of it. 3) Let the chicken sit on the can by inserting the can in the chicken cavity. 4) Roast the chicken for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the juices in the thigh part run clear. 5) Make sure to rotate the pan halfway thru baking. 6) Take out the chicken from the oven and brush the chicken all over with the sauce. When done, put back the chicken in the oven for another 20 minutes. 7) Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. You can enjoy the chicken with the sauce - it is AMAZING!!

Spread cannabis evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 50 minutes (if using less cannabis, check oven after 35 to 40 minutes). Remove from oven and set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add decarboxylated (oven-baked) cannabis and lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes, then remove from heat. Oreo Christmas Coal Recipe Ingredients: 16 oz. of Oreo Cookies 4 Cups of Miniature Marshmallows 1/4 Cup of Butter Plastic Bag Directions: Place Oreo Cookies in a Large Gallon Size Ziploc Bag. Using a rolling pin or measuring cup crush the Oreo Cookies into small pieces. Place Butter and Marshmallows in a bowl and heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir marshmallows and butter until smooth. Add in Crushed Oreos and stir well. Roll into Small Cookies and flatten to create a “Coal” Shape. Allow to cool completely before storing. Store in an airtight container.
