Yeah man in my country in Sweden you can’t carry any weapon on streets at all so they found loophole that if you are under 15 and murder you will only get 3 years of “child rehab” (no prison time) so criminals just offer 12-14 year olds money to murder. And also now bombs are being used to blow up houses/entries of apartments since it’s hard to find evidence of who did it. Criminals will find a way no matter what
