@Pebberspebbs We all go through "things"... no excuse for her smoking, livestreaming & driving distracted. Driving while livestreaming is so dangerous & has gotten completely out of hand. She got so lucky in so many ways. She really could have added more to what she's going through... she's driving a deadly weapon. Drive. Livestream parked or at home. Gotta love how she says she wasn't looking at her chat, eluding to the fact she does while she drives. Pay attention to the road before you actually kill someone.
The phone wasn’t in her hand and you’d have to prove she was reading a text or something on the phone (witness). Crazy, I know but hands free is legal.
That "I didn't see you" was her way of saying "it wasn't my fault"... she never takes fault for anything. To the point people joke about it in her chat constantly
it's usually pretty annoying when people walk in front of your car, yes. if there was a dashcam we might realize that it was completely the pedestrians fault (hence no charges pressed, no ticket)
It's understandably biased towards pedestrian. But mybo my have I saved a bunch of people from their poor judgement. Even stating you right in the face. Waiting and at the lastomdnt decide to throw themselves in front of you. Especialy warm days. And drunks, also poor judgement. Marihuana, it does not help your processing speed. Even if you are accustomed to it, even do certain tasks better under influence. You will not me going them faster. Best to never get accustomed to it.
Hitting a pedestrian doesn't automatically mean the driver was at fault. I've hit two... The first one was standing on the curb with his back to traffic. He stepped off the curb backwards as I approached. He was drunk. The second one was a man who walked out from between two parked cars without even looking to see if a car was coming. There was a car coming.🙄 The first one got a broken leg. The second one got his foot run over. Neither one was my fault.
I got pulled over because a cop saw me check my GPS while stopped at a light. I can't imagine just blowing off someone live steaming while they hit a pedestrian. She needs to be held accountable.
Unfortunately, it's not in the clip played for us & I'd be willing to bet money she didn't play that part for the officer either. The clip shows her looking at the rd while hands free talking.

She sure did! I just looked at her channel, and just yesterday she posted herself streaming and driving, texting while hold8ng her phone and barely looking at the road. Apparently this incident didn’t scare her enough to change her behaviour, nor did the hate received by viewers, nor the law. I don’t think she even got in trouble for hitting that pedestrian, it’s crazy that people just get away with putting other peoples life in danger, and document it publicly…with no consequences 🤷♀️

No . Those of us that watched the stream know she had absolutely no sleep. Had been throwing up. Just popped two addys , smoked and was arguing with bf just prior to hitting her. Pull her entire footage ! No charges my butt!!! She should have been tested at the scene. Cops are too lazy. Then make those tests that reflect the times! Because she absolutely was not sober and it wasn’t just Mary Jane either!! The fact that she hadn’t slept should have been enough! That officer didn’t pay attention to her eyes then. She had used visine but tests would have revealed her inability to drive. I hope this girls parents get ahold of the footage and presses charges on her child’s behalf. Sounds like he knew her from streams which showed favoritism. The sun wasn’t even an issue until after she hit like it was an afterthought. An excuse. It wasn’t an actual factor. I know because I was watching the stream before, during and after! You could see her pop those pills approx 20 minutes prior and could barely keep her eyes open during entire stream. It’s not her first accident either. Later that night she hits something else. She’s always hitting something. They essentially let a very dangerous person back on the road.

Have you ever painted or colored with a brown crayon? The dark brown and light tan is the same color, it's all brown. Everyone is a shade of brown. There's nothing special about that lady except it's possible she hit someone that has a habit of getting hit by cars. Police know when they encounter someone that does that.

Regardless of their reasoning it happens; it might not seem logical however some people don't learn, want to die, or just not look both ways. I didn't do more research on the influencer because she doesn't create content that interests me. Would need something strong to be entertained by her channel; hopefully you're not a fan of hers.
@Nobody85746 I see what you are saying as it's happened many times where I live. We hit a drunk Indian boy a few years ago. He was 17 walking down a highway at 2 am in the rain and walked right into us. Thankfully he's ok but it does happen too much however, This chic was certainly at fault!
But if it's live stream....there is probable cause...she is on many different drugs and it's all on her streams. I truly hope the victim does their research and make her accountable.
She might have been able to pay attention better if she wasn’t blasted while driving all night on multiple things. She is a danger to other drivers on a daily basis with zero accountability.
The way she almost argues with the victim is ABHORRENT. I guarantee her life isn't THAT interesting that we should care about her Livestreaming while "running errands"... And to think she went above and beyond for remaining at the scene is extra gross.
I think the only reason why she stayed on the scene is because she was being recorded on her live stream. Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if she would have drove off after hitting the victim.
I think it's unfair to refer to the person hit as a victim without knowing the full circumstances of the situation. There are actually people who play the roles of professional victims in this world, who will pretend to get hit or do many other things in a bid to get money from insurance payouts. Regardless of how you feel about RU-vidrs, the phone was clearly in her lap and did seemed to be looking around and paying attention to her driving to me.
She was blinded by her own reflection on the internet and could not see the person she ran into. She was under the influence of her own influence as an influencer.
What you guys didn't see during that particular livestream was that she was delivering food and her dog was in the backseat of the car and could be seen peeing and pooping on the food bags. She gets out the car and brushes it off and proceeds to give the food to the customer. When people on the livestream called her out for it, she claims none of it got on the bag, but you could see where she brushed off a poop on one of the bags. Other RU-vidrs called her out about this.
If I would deliver food, I would not put it in the back where dogs are. They would eat it , or as you say poop on it. What a b!tch ! Put it in front on the passenger seat.

She didn't see her. That isn't arguing or "entitlement", she was simply stating that she didn't see her. She WAS watching where she was going. She asked what she could do to help as they were cussing her. She said she didn't see her as they were cussing her.

Something you didn't broadcast is that VP said the woman she hit with her car broke a front tooth, so there was injury. Something to note is that VP drives aimlessly every day while high on pot and/or meth. She is very careless and dangerous. One stream she was driving on the freeway going through meth withdrawal and could barley keep her eyes open. I'm surprised she hasn't killed anyone yet.

The pedestrian got SEVERAL broken teeth from the hit. I hope she gets served a lawsuit in the near future from this. She was literally JUST smoking and lit up minutes before the hit. PLUS she wears eye glasses for seeing ( that she wasn’t wearing) and NO seatbelt. Driving while on your phone has literally been illegal for DECADES now. We all know that we should not DUI or drive while distracted. She needs to be sued and made an example of by the court. I am on the receiving end of a person who was DUI. I grew up without a father because of a person choosing to drive wrecklessly. Ruined multiple families and three generations.

What are you seeing that says she was under the influence at the time of the accident? Just hitting a pedestrian doesn't mean you're under the influence. In fact, I have seen countless incidents of pedestrians and bicyclists being hit by vehicles where the pedestrian or bicyclist was the one under the influence. Often times it is their fault, not the driver. I am not saying that is the case here, just that people don't realize the one being hit could be the cause of the accident. There was just an accident yesterday near my home where a bicyclist cut across a VERY busy street while traffic was flowing and was hit. That is the bicyclist's fault. They shouldn't have been doing that and I won't be surprised if they were also under the influence.
I'm sorry for your family's loss, I know of a someone right now who is an obvious menace driving. The boy or young man is only 19yrs old driving with only a permit and has been in two accident in two different vehicles in 5 months. The first on New Years day, flipped the family car on its side. How he didn't have his permit blocked nor was he cited is something I'm still side-eyeing. Now some how he has caused damaged to the passenger side-view mirror, again suspect. The young mans older brother lives with me and my Son and its just concerning the shadiness of info from him about things dealing with his family. I'm like you need to expect those things you think your Friends should do from your own family. Accountability starts in the home, I feel you on this lack of accountability being asked of people these days.

Just because there were charges levied at the time of the incident doesn't mean that there won't be future charges once the police finish their investigation.

wow, this brings back some trauma for me. I was the victim of a hit and run. I sustained what is deemed as soft injuries to my hip, but the trauma of it was worse than the injury. And the PD, were able to speak with the person who hit me, he had taken off, ending up in a bar about 1 block from the scene, and did nothing to him, to make it worse. he is fairly famous in this city and has a street named after him. I called lawyers and each time I mentioned his name, no one wanted to take my case!!
