@@yozume8859 no. not really. I'm a lux main, but I don't feel the same shit Yozu does. He's such an GOD of Lux in my own opinion.

I used to be a mage main in MMORPGs so when I first played lux, I just felt like her gameplay was similar to them.

Well , Archangel helps you with mana and survive in combat , it helps you survive from assasins champions too! Such as Kat , Zed , Akali , etc

I main lux to and if you were to get arch Angel's staff you would want to get it sooner rather than later, because it becomes more powerful the more mana you use so if you are going to build that it's important to do that sooner. I would say first 3 items

Akarui Lux depends on ur team comp. if there's a lot of other hard carries it's nice to go that route. but also just preference. seems to work better in higher elo though, i'd say if ur under mid plat just keep going normal comet ludens or staff build

I know I'm not yozu but some of the best runes to use on lux are sorcery for the primary tree with arcane comet, manaflow band, transcendence, and either scorch or gathering storm. Then for secondary take the precision tree with presence of mind for the mana restore on kills, and coup de grace for a better chance of securing your kill during your combo. Also a lot of people take ignite on lux. In my opinion that's wrong. Lux's greatest asset is her range and so in most cases you never want to be close enough to the enemy to ignite them. Especially since lux is very slow moving. The only instance where I see it being different is if the enemy outranged you like with a xerath match up and you needed to utilize another way to kill him

Personally, I would never max Q in mid unless its against something like Talon where Its very easy to hit the Q, but you would have to play very reactively (counterroaming etc.) in case they push the lane in to roam/counterjungle. You should stick to taking the free boot rune if you're not in a lane where you should be buying sorc shoes first item (ie. against matchups like kass, irelia where you're going to have trouble running away from them if you're caught regardless), it also frees up 300 for finishing your first item or buying pots/seal etc. Always always take Athene's, you're constantly dishing out burst damage as lux sup so you get 250 very frequently, synergises well with watchers, ardent, redemption if you decide to go on that route will get you upwards of +60/+70 bonus AP the later the game goes on. A meh item for the early game, but its a value item.

Max q when you're support I only max w 2nd when I'm support because of the shield values it gives per rank. Its the battle mage build, my signature build path/playstyle. In low elo, but I usually buy it after my first back when if I get corrupting potion Tp against low kill pressure for you and them . I.E : Mordekaiser, cant really kill you if you dont mess up and you cant kill him either. Take tp when you know u cant get ganked easily or dove. Magic boots when you go archangel or you wont roam a lot ( free 300g) Because of the stats& utility it gives. Ap,mana regen, heal, MR ..... I never tried the mana build, can't give my thoughts on that.

It depends on how confident you are against zeds and whether or not you are behind. If you aren't behind and hes not ahead it might benefit you more to get a damage focused item to secure kills on him

Im a Heimerdinger main with Lux as my 2nd champ. It really depends on skill tbh, but if you're not confident, I'd say rush seeker's armguard then go ahead for the ludens

Jien Sky No, probably not. Think about it, late game you domt want to be in auto range of any champion. Your job is to stay back and snipe the adc from far away. The only time the rune is useful is laning phase, where you will autoattack to harrass the enemy laner. But I can imagine the rune being fun to play around with.

As a lux player, try to aim it to where they would take one step to. It may not always work but works a lot in Gold and below. Plat and up just simply aim it.
