The pre-trial hearing with Sprinkel was NOT good for the state. He chose NOT to prosecute this case. As full of himself as he is, he answers questions honestly so I really think this is going to backfire on the state. I remember Schardt killed this guy during pre-trial. He got him to spell out all the flaws in this case and why he didn’t indict these guys. I can’t wait until the defense just filets him. He deserves it too

I hate it when the witness is testifying and gets asked a question,,, and when they give thr response They look over at the jurors and give it.

He being coach by Mrs love , remember how mad she was the last time went she want to talk to him outside the court, but the defense tell her she can’t talk or meet with him because he still on the oath by the court, and she tried everything to get away with it but who know what happened after that , she is making to much mistake and her ego got her blinded!!!

That’s gonna be the defenses questions The photos from google earth could be over years old. Especially back 10 years. I can look at a google earth photos of my best friend standing on the corner with his face blanked out and he was killed a month after that and it was still up thr a couple years later
