You've spent a fair bit on this. Better keep it a few years, Dave. Will it get through the Thai MOT with the new pipe set-up, if you keep the bike that long? Good fun riding through Bangkok! I saw a Scrambler 1200 XE in west Algarve today. They really look good. I am back in Thailand on October 5.
I think it would pass the test, I have kept the OEM mufflers and the sound is just a little louder and deeper. Anyway, greasing of palms usually see's the bike pass....555 The scramblers look good, but that exhaust is HOT. October, just in time for the cooler weather!!!! Frigging roasting in BKK yesterday and the ST12 didn't help!!!
@@davexs Been flooding in the cul-de-sac I live in, just north of Chiang Rai. They had to put sandbags round the front of the house. Probably not really necessary but good of them. The water has subsided now. Just normal rain. Chiang Rai has a lot more rain than Chiang Mai. Looking forward to riding the 390 and Aerox again. I went out on my MT-01 here the other day. So heavy. Trying to sell it. My main 'bike' here is a Can-Am F3-S. Superb fun.
