Glad you liked it. I guess the mindset that I have while making a YTP is just to keep the audience guessing. Whenever there's something that I think people will be able to see coming, I try to switch it up to something that still makes sense, but isn't really the first thing that you think of. And in some cases (like the JonTron part), I'll intentionally try to mislead the viewers expectations by giving them a couple of seconds to figure out what's going to happen, only to change it in the end.

I think anything can work as a good YTP source, you just need to be willing to put in the effort.

No. Yeah but if anybody knows the name of the plugin or where to download it I'd like to use it at some point.

I actually don't use (or even have) any external plugins. I achieved that effect by copy & pasting the video one layer above the original, adding "Color Corrector Secondary" to the upper video and setting it to remove everything except for the color of the horse, and copying the upper video to all seven of the unused video layers (offsetting each video layer to start one frame sooner than the one below it). The audio effect was achieved more or less the same way (with nine different layers of audio offset by one additional frame each).

The funny thing is that I made that computer picture with the intention of having it match up with the JonTron clip, but when I decided to also use it during the theme song, it does a better job of matching up with the look of the show.

Sketchy Sketchu I technically made it a couple of years ago. If I had made it specifically for this video, it probably wouldn't have been as detailed.

Sketchy Sketchu It was made for a movie that me and my friend tried making. Basically, we had already started filming scenes around the house, but it was taking us so long to finish it that the living room and dinning room/kitchen started looking completely different (the walls had been painted a different color, the carpet/tiling in both rooms had been replaced, things were rearranged, and we starting getting new furniture in the living room). So instead of dealing with continuity errors or re-filming, I thought it would be a good idea to recreate the house digitally so we could film in front of a green screen and use the CGI house for the background. I had finished modeling most of the living room but only finished the dinning room/kitchen about a quarter of the way before we just ended up canceling the movie. In hindsight, it probably wouldn't have worked out that great anyway. I also intended to use the CG house for the theme song for a short-lived series that me and my friend also made.

Thanks. But I'm perfectly fine with where I'm at (which is more than I could ever have asked for). Plus, people tend to get more and more hostile towards people with more subscribers. Like I've always said, I'd rather have people tell me I'm underrated as opposed to overrated.

It's moving much slower than I had expected, but I am making progress. My goal is to have it done either before I reach 7k subscribers, or before my two year anniversary at the end of October (whichever comes first).

Glad you liked it. I use Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 for my video editing, MS Paint and GIMP 2.0 for rotoscoping, and I occasionally use Blender 2.62 for added CG effects (in the case of this YTP, the bulging eyeballs that I used a few different times were made in Blender).

In my opinion, anything can be work as a good YTP source. You just need to be willing to put in the effort.

I don't think there's really anything else that I could do with it. It's probably as long as it could possibly be without getting repetitive and/or annoying.
