super clever. Can't wait to test this out. I had always wanted to the Tenyi stuff to play together but was struggling with a comprehenisve strategy because I kept trying to combo. Nicely done!!
Battles of chaos support makes blue eyes much easier to recover resources. Jet dragon is an amazing 1 of, while tyrant of D. completely replaces dragon shrine and helps you get bodies on the field easier
Also a cool interaction is using spirit dragon, going into moonlight rose to bounce a card, and when spirits effect destroys moonlight at end of turn, it still triggers jet and summons jet
Linkuriboh has single handedly won me duels before. I had 200 life pts he had 1900. I had linkuriboh and an abyss dragon in defense, he had a cyber infinity dragon and power bond into a cyber end dragon but his infinity only had 2300 atk so it could only attack kuribioh 😂 then he took 4K on end phase and I won
I didn't cover it in the video, but since it ignores Summoning conditions, you can get some pretty silly stuff off with it lmao I still think the best way to use it is to call hand traps though
I'm really looking forward to it! Hopefully there's not an insanely broken Tier 0 deck that breaks the meta in half by then. Round 1 Draw against Chaos Dogmatika Nemesis (He went into Cowboy GGs lmao) Round 2 lost to IDS 2-0 Round 3 won against Virtual World 2-0 "It's unaffected" Round 4 Won against Dragoon Eldlich 2-0 lmao he sided Gozen against me and locked me into Lights Round 5 won against Plunder 2-0 Round 6 Main Deck Lancea and flipped Gozen against Tri 2-0 GGs Round 7 vs IDS Bricked games 2 and 3 after an extremely dominant game 1 win where he opened Meltdown, Nadir, Tactics and I played through all of his stuff and snowballed him out of the game ;u;
I honestly feel like Keeper of the Shrine got nerfed from the very beginning. What would make it a really good card for me is if it's summoned via its own effect, it cant be destroyed in battle, or something like that. I think that's the missing piece to this card.
I played yugioh until 2008ish and am just getting back in. This deck looks legit but I do have one question (not super familiar with alot of the cards yet and maybe I'm just blind to the combo?). How do you get your BEUD out?
As part of the effect of Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi! If it gets destroyed by something like Mystical Space Typhoon, you get to just summon BEUD for free lol
I don't know all of the decks that were in top 8, but I played against Plunder, Virtual World, and lost to Dogmatika Invoked Shaddoll (who won the event)
@@junevue9665 I lost because I didn't open a starter lol The matchup is extremely easy. Blue-Eyes is very much capable of threatening Winda with a single special summon because your one special can easily be a 3k body that attacks over Winda and is unaffected by card effects.
@@mojo873 In general? I’m lost on how the reply follows my comment lol. I mean yeah most people don’t actually take blue eyes to events. I think the grindy control version is really clever. Most people probably expect more combo plays.
@@nzt29 What I mean is that the Blue-eyes cards themselves naturally have leaned more towards being a control/mid Range style deck for about a year now. You aren't able to reliably do the stone of Legend shenanigans anymore. A lot of the "bad" Blue-Eyes cards are cards meant to function in the pure Blue-Eyes Deck. Cards that give you a followup for next turn are usually not that good in the sense of a combo deck because they're too slow. Cards like Maiden/Mauso/Master giving you a lvl 9 Synchro play every turn, the fact that most of the strongest Blue-Eyes cards replace themselves/go plus in the EP, etc As most people building the deck and showcasing it aren't doing so for the purpose of it performing in events consistently, it's usually just been something that doesn't get that far past the "initial draft" phase in the deckbuilding process. Though it's true that combo Blue-Eyes *was* really good before all of the Dragon hits on the banlist orz Pls gimme back my draw 4 combo Konami
@@mojo873 i do agree, those people are showcasing lists which inconsistently allow them to play a combo because those combos are whats attracting viewers. Am currently trying to complete my blue eyes core and would like to ask about your opinion since i dont want to waste money: -I do only have 1 spirit dragon in secret (only take secret First ed cards), is it worth getting a second one? -Is return of the dragonlords needed? Or will it be necessary in the future? -Is it useful to buy fusions like neo blue eyes ultimate dragon or blue eyes alternative ultimate dragon? If thats the case would 1 be enough or is 2 the better way to go?
@@HiroofDeath Ayy man, I'm a RU-vidr too, so I respect the grind! I don't think there's an issue with RU-vidrs making flashy "UNBEATABLE TIER BROKEN" combo decks, but it's just that players often will not recognize the distinction of a deck built for entertainment and a deck built for competitive tournament play. Imo, it depends on what your budget is and how the meta shifts in future formats. If I'm getting a card, I usually get 3 copies because most cards usually only go up in value over time unless they get reprinted. If you know what your budget is, and what your goal is, it'll be easier to give advice on what to buy for your deck.
Blackrose Moonlight either bounces a special summoned monster when *it's* summoned *or* when a lvl 5 or higher monster is summoned to your opponent's field. The effect is to bounce a special summoned monster your opponent controls. A lvl 5 or higher being summoned or it being summoned is the activation trigger.
Honestly, I'm still trying to cut the list down to 40 and jam in more starters kek Gonna try cutting keeper since I never remembered it was in the graveyard, but past that I have no idea what I'd cut lmao
Wow! That's am nice deck you have there! :D Its kinda like mine, especially with running 1 Alt Blue-Eyes White Dragon. 3 is very bricky, at least to me anyway. And yeah lol you don't ever want Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon in your hand lol. Whenever that happens to, I just look at her and thinking "Why must you be in my hand, stay in the deck.." Its funny though😅 The 2 copies of one of the field spell you use in very interesting. Its like The Ultimate Creature of Destruction but with a draw 2 to it and being a field spell. I'm thinking to give it a try for my deck. And the counter trap you use is alot like Waking The Dragon and Champion Vigalence mix into one card! Again nice and sweet Blue-Eyes deck that you have there😉✌
Your welcome! ^^ Yeah I definitely agree with that. Flawless Protection works out so well for Blue-Eyes. I love it alot too. Now I for sure can't wait for Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon realise! Its ability to protect all your cards from being destroyed is just incredible, along with its Moonlight Black Rose like ability. I really do appreciate this video and tips you have. I'm very sorry about the late reply by the way.
