If you really want to be as strong as possible with blue eyes ATM you need to play bystials. They open up so many possibilities it's insane. What i would do roughly is: cut: Trade in Consonance Nebula dragon 1x jet 1x BEWD I would prob cut the tyrant of D and the fusion spell And something else Add: 3x Lubellion 1x Magna 1x Saronir 1-2x druis 1x of branded regained and branded beast 1x chaos emperor armageddon You can even side Archnemeses eschatos going second and you can consider playing Darkest diabolos, it procs whenever bystials are sent to the grave. Bystials also make your lv10 synchro like Baronne and dispater super easy to make
A suggestion I could make is to cut 1 BEWD and 1 Alternative for 2 Dragon Shrine. This card is a great way to get a BEWD and a White Stone into the GY basically for free. Also, removing 1 BEWD and 1 Alternative reduces your chances of bricking on them. I would probably also remove Cards of Consonance. You only have the White Stones to fill this card’s cost, and if you don’t have them AND this card in your hand, then Consonance is another brick.
No offence I do disagree with running it at 2 its just better as a 1 of. You dont want to draw it most of the time you just want to search it out with Melody of awakening dragon. the fact that it can brick you even harder than vanilla blue eyes is enough of a reason to just run 1 alternative and 3 melody. Thats just my opinion

Probably a build like 3x blue eyes 2x alternative 2x jet dragon 1x stone of legend 3x stone of ancient 3x sage of blue eyes 1x dictator D 1x dragon spirit of white 1x blue eyes solid dragon 2x maiden with the eyes of blue Spells, run consonance and dragon shine and melody of the awakening dragon and return of the dragon lords & silver cry and trade in Traps ultimate creature of destruction and true light, If you can get your hand on some cards like blue eyes tyrant dragon and twin burst and blue eye ultimate alternative and neos ultimate. Can be good to start off
