Update: I believe I've just gone through every single comment in this video's section and I can not explain how proud I am of Zexal community. You guys all share so much positivity with each other and compliments that keep coming are unbelievable. This started as a fun little edit I did out of boredom, but turned to my biggest video yet! People listen to this on the way to school, while working, doing homework, in their everyday life! One guy in here even did coding assignments with this in the background! How crazy is that? Dang... Watching Zexal for the first time, it's crazy. All of the stuff that Yuma went through was really sad. He grew up without his mom and dad for a long time, his sister stopped him from dueling forcing Yuma to duel behind her back. Worst thing was that people were teasing and bullying Yuma for his poor skills. But meeting Astral, finding and making all of his friends, was such an amazing moment for the boy. Yuma deserves a lot more love and respect. Especially since he was willing to make friends with his enemies, the Barians. Even though Shark and Rio turned their backs on him, he still considered them his friends. He even defeated a god, and a duelist who can draw any card that he wants to his hand. Feel the Flow.

I think “Halfway to Forever” Sounds like an actual song, and the name is catchy too. Overall, the Zexal songs are great, in my opinion.

This was me and my best friends' favourite show when we were kids. I even bought a necklace of Yuma's key and I'm wearing it now! We learnt the theme song to season 1 off by heart and spent the whole time singing it together when we went on a school residential. All the other kids got annoyed with us but we didn't care cuz we were in our own world. Thank you for making this! I'm working on making a playlist for her for her 16th birthday and this is the absolute perfect track!

Just finished Zexal for the first time and I had to come back to Take a Chance Hands down my favorite Yugioh series

The craziest part about the Yu-Gi-Oh show is that people had to create cool combos for the show with new cards like Yuma vs vector and utopia got all the up to like 83000 attacks points.

Zexal is definitely one of the more underrated series. Yuma probably grows the most out of all the protags due to having both a character and skill growth throughout the series.

This yugioh series had the best opening theme!

Zexal was the Anime that got me into yugioh. Back then when Utopia pass was a good turn on the schoolyard. my first somewhat competent deck was a utopia deck that honestly sucked ass, and now look at me. Im here, playing sky strikers, topping locals and thinking about going to bigger events. Mark my words, one day i will make a competitive Utopia deck with all the new support released in Brothers of Legend

That transition though 👀 I wish I had Yuma’s attitude when I was in high school. They literally tore me down before my life began. But we can all rise above it in the end. Far stronger than the bullies that tormented us. I was bullied into quitting dueling when my water deck was at its peak. I didn’t get back to dueling until after I saw the final episode of GX. Those lines that Jaden said before attacking slifer with Neos will always stick with me and so will these two amazing songs. So empowering and I needed these bad in high school. I still remember how happy zexal made me when it released. I wanted to be as happy and positive as Jaden and Yuma were. But life and people can really bring you down. I still remember trying to be as positive as Jaden was but man people can really tear you down. But believing and hoping in a better tomorrow helps us rise above it all. You will be surprised to find just how strong you really are underneath. I still don’t know why some OG fans hate zexal but just the theme songs alone are reason enough to love it. Plus some cool black cards aren’t too bad either 👀

My favorite yu-gi-oh series despite what everyone else says, and two top tier english dub openings! Thanks for putting these two songs together man, Im definitely going to put them into a playlist because the official videos cant be placed into playlist!

Eventhough Zexal is widely hated. I still love it dearly! My 3rd favourite Yugioh amongst Yugioh and Yugioh GX. I haven't really watched 5D's...don't hate me :/.

I like *_CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES_* as much as the next guy, but Zexal was definitely my favorite YGO when I was a kid, and probably still is.

This was a very "back to basics" Yu-Gi-Oh arc. Everybody was well voice acted. I like that Yuma was a little bit inexperienced at least compared to the last three protagonists.

I like Take a Chance way more than Halfway to Forever but really nice transition.

I'd imagine we'd have a team up movie with Yuma (probably by himself, if not with Astral), Yuya (with all his other counterparts, and maybe Z-Arc) and Yusaku (who would probably find a way to be there as his avatar Playmaker, and maybe have Ai). I'd love to hear this in the credits

Like many of you guys I never knew Kazuki Takahashi but like many people he made my childhood and even my adulthood people think I'm joking when I tell them yugioh has taught me so many life lessons even at 25 when I first saw zexal I just loved it and I do therapy and we've had countless sessions just talking about yugioh and how I wanted to be just like Jaden and yuma but I identify as shark or chazz even syrus I did a fitness challenge and I built a yugioh deck atk points for pushups defense points for sit ups my last challenge wasn't going well so of all things I watched zexal kites plight part 1 & 2 as well as sibling rivalry from GX and from there everything was okay and I got the strength to continue I remember going into therapy when I first started and pharaoh atem said to kaiba after he beat him in battle City he said you'll never be successful until you conquer the monsters in your heart watching the waking the dragons season even though it's filler and taking from it that nothing good comes from giving into your hatred or rage and even if you win (mai valentine) you'll still lose Thank you for the memories thank you for the life lessons thank you for the free therapy sessions you were great
