My Yugi Vs Leon video blew this one out of the water as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately, unlike with this video RU-vid didn't even keep it in its system at all, so there's no restoring it without remaking it entirely from scratch.

After he activates the millennium puzzle Yugi gains the power to draw any card in his deck instead of a random card. At this point Yugi has this power.

I like how yugis first two rule breaks were legal in anime but illegal in the actual card game. 1: You can't summon in defense position. 2: If you set a monster in defense position, it has to be face-down.
Battle city had special rules that you can find online if u wanna read them One of em is u can set cards face up Also you can set normal spells and treat them as quick effect spells as well
@@potatosalad3655 Yup, this is true. Summoning in face-up Defense Position was still used in YGO GX even though the TCG Rules were made many years prior to that show
That's actually not completely true. Originally you could summond a monster in defense mode face up. But years later that was banned in tortements and the game as a whole for some reason. But it was at one point legal. Seems to me the rules of the game are always changing.
I love the petulance of just snatching Yugi's card because you're mad he tried to summon his own God card first. Truly the kinds of plays I would make at the age I first saw this show.
We're not gonna talk about when Kaiba played Lord of D. With Flute of Summoning Dragon and Yugi said, "You forget, your Flute of Summoning Dragon allows me to play a dragon from my hand as well!" I swear to god, this actually happened during this duel. It's on Netflix 😅
8 years later I get this beauty in my recommendations and what a show. My favorite moment has to be "Your monster can't hear you!!", "NOW MY MONSTER ATTACK!!!"
2:24 I like that when Kaiba draws Obelisk, Yugi uses his Lightforce Sword immediately. 2:42 A similar play happens here when Kaiba tries to summon X Head Cannon. It looks like Yugi might have more than one Lightforce Sword on him.
