You can also unlock Yubel's skill by summoning Neos once while using them and then you get to summon Yubel and all other forms for free without having to wait for mystic tomato to be destroyed or having to deal with it getting banished/back to the hand.
"Mystic Tomato" to summon from the deck with its battle destruction effect, practically any GY revival like "Monster Reborn" from the GY, or Normal Summon with the "Eternal Soul" Skill on Jayden, Yubel, or Jayden/Yubel. Otherwise, Tribute Summon with Double Coston or 2 monsters - even with "Soul Exchange" or "The Monarchs Stormfront".
