i think the ones he wears are called compression sleeves. it can help the arms from swelling if they pass a hard hit/serve and it can also relieve the muscle stress. (I think)

They protect the arms and put some compression on the muscles which can help with performance

If I'm not mistaken, he said that he initially wanted to warm himself because of the cold weather using those but he ended up liking them so he now usually wears them when he plays.
