Pls wear a mask 😷 next time ... my lungs are itching just watching . great 👍 job on the paint job nice to see productive young men work . Don’t stop. All gas no breaks
Not sure if it’s a father or who the cameraman is but it’s really nice to hear all the encouragement and kind words towards their work ethic and final product. Keep it up 👍🏻
Came out better then I expected, Only suggestions I have is always cut out rusted and rotted metal and patch with new metal, and also use paper under the hood to prevent all the over spray that was all over the engine bay .
You guys seem to be doing a good job just a small tip whenever you’re sanding around the headlights or taillights or anything that wasn’t going to be sanded tape it out be more careful I noticed you sanded on the rear taillight a bit . But other than that keep up the good work
I would've removed the headlights and tail lights so the paint can wrap around the edge instead of having a sharp break, but everyone has their own method I suppose
Definitely wouldnt stick to bedliner. Was just thinking that myself as I read this comment. But then you'll have an ugly no paint spot if you'd ever take the emblems off. Kinda a loss in both scenarios unless you'd be okay with removing the emblems
Man this channel had so much potential; I could have seen them knocking on the door of 25 to 50k in subs, and potential collab videos with some HUGE youtubers Texas as well as setting up booths car shows. The sky was the limit here, you know you have something golden when you have someone willing to ship his rides from the east coast to Texas pre-covid.
Gentlemen, I've taken the time to review others applying the rapture product. It's your energy and desire for perfection that's making others using the product nerves. I watched the class you attended on how to apply the rapture product. It's my opinion, your technique is full of energy and precision. others are not taking the steps your taking to accomplish the very high degree of complete application of Rapturing a vehicle. your coach is spot on, making sure your product is acceptable to the public. you've taught me what to look for in others. Your the best right now, stay in school , remain humble, listening to your coach. blessings men.
Yeah, those kids may not smoke, but they’re getting 2-3 packs a day from that dust. It’s no joke, and irreversible. The cost of the respirator cartridges can be built into cost of job, still way cheaper than line-x.
This is awesome guys! I am getting ready to do a 2001 Econoline but am going to do a metallic frost white. Great job gents. Be careful you don't get shut down over some bs about chemicals of business license! GOD Bless!
Of course everyone will comment on how they would do the repairs on the roof a different and better way!! But when I see two young men earning money by working and trying so hard to better them selves!? then that’s a huge thumbs up!!! 👍🏼 you are doing way better then all those haters making negative comments!! do people really think Chip Foose started of knowing everything he does today!?!?! No way!! Good job guys,,,👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🇺🇸🙏🏼
Good job guys. Read some of the comments. I think some of the guys that have been doing it for a while are leaving you some helpful tips. Remember there is always someone out there that knows more than the other guy. Subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good job
Good to see potential in these guys. First guys...get a mask.. Protect your health..... I'd remove lights, weather stripping and emblems too. Keep going guys.. Like the building
Hey Ricky, thanks for the compliment brother, the white does look nice 👍🏻 We are starting on a burgundy and black Jeep today, will be posting a new vid soon brother 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hey man grey content! Do you etch prime before lining bare metal or is it fine? Also what size compressor do you recommend for just a one time use for raptor lining? You can always wait for it too catch up as long as it is quicker than the 60 minute hardening window right? Just trying to figure out if I’m prepared to sprat mine now that I’ve pretty much finished prepping for it! Great videos keep them coming
Hey brother thanks for subscribing and yes!! Definitely use etch primer on bare metal. We use a 30 gal compressor at 100psi and it works great without any delays, but yes you can give it breaks if your using a smaller one just keep an eye on your texture consistency due to loss of air pressure and you should be fine 👍🏻 RAPTOR ON BROTHER!!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Just for a suggestion if you use POR15 it’s the best for rust so it doesn’t come back and it dries hrs like metal.. I watch all your videos they are awesome... keep it up for us Latinos
Always love watching you guys. Couple questions tho. Keep up the great work and take negative comments with a grain of salt and constructive criticism with a positive outlook.👍👍👍 1. What PSI are you guys spraying at? 2. What was the name of the fiberglass patch you used? 3. I know your etch priming the plastic parts, do you need a primer or adhesive on the paint or bare steel bumpers to get the Raptor to stick? 4. Do you ever shoot the door jams and if so, could you make a video on that? I’d love to see how you guys do it.
Are you guys still doing raptor paint jobs? I haven’t seen a new video in nearly a year. It would be a shame if you weren’t. These young guys are so talented.
Have you guys done a darker grey yet ?? I'm restoring my lifted 2nd gen dodge ram and have it all tore apart bumpers off bed off I'm almost.dont grinding frame and painting with a self etching primer then a enamel base black metallic and I really wanna do raptor liner with darker gun metal grey but havent really been able to find the grey tint I want yet
Comming from a snow belt area with high salt use in winter....how did the roof rust that much in texas? Ive never seen such a rusty roof here. Great job tho....😀
I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. How many bottles does it take for a truck this side? I’m about to order so I can do my own after watching your are by step series.
Can you be more specific on the type of sander you use, the grit paper, the type of fiberglass product you use, how much, when you paint, how many inches away you spray from?
