Out of pure curiosity I wanted to try recreating a duel from Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. To my surprise this duel between Yuma & Kite was easy enough to recreate using TCG cards, more so than many duels from 5D's.
I wouldn't expect more Zexal duels in the near future as I've not even started watching the anime yet, but I'll definitely look into it after the next tournament is finished.

Hey guys. I'm taking a break from daily uploads for a bit while I work on the next tournament. You can expect more 5Ds and GX duels here and there before the tournament comes out. As mentioned in the description, don't expect any more Zexel duels soon as I still need to watch the anime first. Hope you enjoy this one-off Zexel duel in the meantime though =D - YGOLANG

Perhaps it would've been better if Yuma had the quick play spell card Book of Eclipse instead of Mirror Mail.

With kite, having daybreaker shining angel and even light serpent kinda works in old school photon, bit having plasma ball and goddess with the third eye makes no sense. What where the writers thinking with this deck list?
