This is not exactly curry but when you like the taste of curry and fried rice it will work for you. This was very popular with the kids, so don't hesitate to let them enjoy it for lunch too!

Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 20g coriander
- 200ml water
- 4 chicken thighs (650g)
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato can (400g)
- 1 garlic
- 2 to 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 thumb of ginger
- 1 red dried chili
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 turmeric powder
- a dash of pepper
For the rice :
- 500g basmati rice
- 3 cardamom seeds
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp fried onions
