Yasss rindunya nak dengar suara yuna diiringi bunyi plucking gitar ala style folk, bunyi zaman yuna mula-mula dulu. Akhirnya lagu ni ubat rindu ❤

3 bulan lalu tak tergerak hati nak dengan lagu ni tapi harini tengok episode lifeatthinker and terdengar clip lagu ni macam eh sedapnya lagu ni pulak. Try search and dengar lagu sambil baca lirik terus nangis...sebab dah lama simpan pendam perasaan arwah mak meninggal. I have major depression due to losing her when I was 12. Been on and off depression ever since. Sometimes there are days that I am fine but some days I feel so lonely and miss her so much. Lately I have been feeling empty and lonely. This song gave me an outlet to express my emotions. Thank you Kak Yuna for writing such a beautiful song. Thank you for giving me a song so that I can grieve properly.

I'm a Vietnamese and I don't understand the lyrics at all but I'm so hooked on this song. I could say that I'm a big fan of Yuna now. Her music is so soothing, healing and has a great depth to it. Malaysia is so lucky to have a gem like her. Big big love from me to you all ❤

Hello, just writing this here and it might be a long read so you can scroll past. Once, I had an online friend of mine that played and drew with me often. We'd always exchange our ideas and talk about many silly things; lots of dreams, aspirations, we've thrown ourselves and supported each other all the time, and he'd respond back. It was one of those friendships that you want to have where you're there for one another, he'd support me and I'd support him back. It was a rare friendship for some people that only met up online. He'd recommended me Yuna's song "Lelaki" once when I was asking for songs, and that's how I got to know this beautiful artist. We talked for months, but... Life hit me like a truck. I've gone into college, I've started learning many different things, invested my time in my course and studies that I slowly stopped interacting with him. It was saddening, but I had to let go of my online persona for a bit if I wanted to succeed in my academics. Seasons passed, and I've been living and focusing my IRL life, but I knew that even though we're not talking to each other anymore, I knew in my mind that I still cherished our friendship. I mean, that's what friends are for right? Even though there was a screen dividing us both, we're still the best of friends. This past month, I was able to get back in touch with my online persona more actively, now that my academics stuff has subsided. I got a message from his relative through his account. He said he's passed away. Lots of thoughts ran into my mind, I felt so helpless and weak that I wasn't able to be there to talk to him. I think to myself maybe I could've done something before tragedy, but here I am wallowed up in my house. I'd listen to the songs he'd recommend to me and I stumbled back to Yuna's songs. Slowly but surely I explored her discography, but I found this song and the lyrics hit me like a fucking truck. This hits a nerve, too close to home and I can't and haven't stopped sobbing once I understood the message. This song felt like consolation on my part; I feel so helpless not being able to spend more time with him, but I just want to come to terms with what happened. All this to say, thank you for making your music. I've never been so moved by a song not my language that hits close to home. Thank you for making music Yuna. Thank you for reading through my baggage too, I just want to put this out here because I'm still overwhelmed. :( I hope you rest in piece dear friend, wherever you are
