He paid money for sex? So what? Even if he was a mass murderer, I will still praise him as one of the greatest pianists alive today and continue to listen to him. 👍👍👍👍. Yndi, keep playing great!!! 👏👏👏
Yundi is such a treasure and he enriches so many lives with his music. He belongs to the world. Looking forward to your world tour concerts. I am beyond words. Bravo!
It astonishes me at the amazing young talent today. Yundi is one of the most accomplished pianist I have heard! I am so grateful for internet and the opportunity to hear these classical musicians play.
His Liverpool UK performance in April 2016 was epic. The acoustics in the auditorium were wonderful. An amazing performance. Worth a long journey to be there.
There will never be a pianist like Yundi. The most extraordinary artist musician with most incredible and phenomenal technic . I listen to him every day and thats not enough. You have enriched this world surpassed other pianists and will co tinue for the rest of your life. Please come to Florida and perform at the Kravis center in West Palm Beac❤❤❤❤
damon salvatore thats exactly what im thinking. i been listening tons of different version of la campanella, and yundi definitely has the best performance
This campanella is the same of ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qiJcXAuOMNU.html ... it has been for sure edited as when he picks a wrong note (G# instead of F#, at 39:28) the piano magically plays the correct one anyway
Not unitll I fail in love with Chopin's piano that I realize Li Yun Di is such a geneise. I feel ashamed that the market nowadays would not recognize poetic emotion in his piaon piece. Instead, some other emotions are easier to be expressed and accepted. It is gonna be harder to hear his performance like this now. World is changing every second, only classical remains classical!
well. I feel I have finally heard the Scherzi for the first time. The third moved me to tears. the two over two runs were unlike any I have ever heard : Mitchell, Rubenstein, and all others pale by comparison. his phrasing is from the brow of Chopin himself. Every one executed with the original intent if not the written one. it is beyond masterful. It is divine.
Thanks for your love and support! Actually Yundi has been playing all over the world! His European Tour has just started! As far as I know, he has a concert in Paris Salle Pleyel on April 15th. However, I've heard that almost all the tickets are sold out. So hurry up and good luck : )
Another interpretation of Frederic Chopin. I heard so many of. Chopin's music is so unique, that I could listen to it again, and again, and again... And this interpretation is also talk to my heart with every note, every touch on piano. My body is rising up to take a breath. Thank you.
Chopin is undeniably one of the best composers of all time - There's no mistaking it. One thing that you will notice about Chopin is that he'll never write two sections exactly alike. He himself was a perfectionist and that is why. I don't know whether or not that was a good or bad thing in these situations. I mean, his music was beautiful but I'm not so sure that he himself looked at like that. Marvelous performance Yundi.
Yundi Li is NOW my favourite pianist! I had not even heard of him until tonight:November 20th, 2015. I think I am going to hijack him and have him play for me for 3 days nonstonp and then let him go. I ADORE HIM!
I hope he will come back soon in Europe to forget his problem in China.I have no jugement about the private life of artists. It is a difficult life often without no space for a normal family life. For the moment it is a sad ending with his native country where he was a Prince.Everybody deserves a second chance and he is really the best pianist in China. What a pity.😂💥🌹🎶🎵🎵🍂🙌
@@mingouczjcz3800 This is ridiculous. I don't understand what kind of cultural environment would call destroying an artist's whole reputation and banning him from public performing as trying to save him.
Lang Lang has cleverly constructed his career on his personality and good luck to him but if you are looking for more meaningful, deep performances and more musical and poetic ones look no further than Yundi Li and pianists of this calibre. Lang Lang has his place in this piano world of course and deserves everything that comes his way but if you are looking for poetry and the spiritual meaning of music there are other pianists far more in tune with that style of playing
So far, I only listened to the first scherzo. According to my humbl ear, he made a totally wrong second accord before launching into the wild chase of this first scherzo. I most like the middle slow cantabile gem of ech of the 4 scherzi. What a beautiful chopinesque, yet profound interpretation! Thanks for posting.
Yundi has a recital in Paris tomorrow (April 15, 2013) at 8:00PM! and in London April 18. He is on a European tour this April. :) You can go to his website for detailed schedules, if interested.
No one has commented on the heat--most of the audience members seem to be wearing light tops, and he has the formal dress, must have been challenging to go on in a warm environment. Hooray for us to listen to his great artistry as he kept going.
Merci encore !
