The Genius team recently tapped YUNGBLUD to perform his latest release, “Weird!,” for Open Mic’s first “At Home” episode. YUNGBLUD aptly sings, “We’re in a weird time of life” on the song, which is ironic considering it was teased at the end of 2019, before quarantine. The song has already racked up 1.5 million plays on Spotify since its late April release. He produced the song along with Zakk Cervini, Chris Greatti, and Matt Schwartz.

I’m pretty sure they didn’t put auto tune on it. You can hear him sing flat in a couple of places, that would have corrected it. The sound quality is because of what Nathan said, they were recorded with headphones.
