In times of enhanced community quarantine here in the Philippines she is my savior when it comes to boredom.. I am always watching her videos and do it til I get my sleep..
I learned Chinese because I have a special love for this country. I have visited Lijiang, Shangri- La and Kunming about two years ago. Here I have felt the quiet and peaceful life, very different from the bustling city I live in. I hope that someday when I visit Yunnan again, I will have a chance to meet Dianxi!!^^
Love from india.we are in lockdown at home. Its for our safety.Your video is relaxing and happy to see the beautiful landscape of your village. You and your family too stay safe n healthy 🙏

These olives are from her hometown, which she named herself after.) 5:40 Dawang, let's go 6:12 rock sugar 6:14 high quality white wine 6:16 YunNan olives soaked in wine 6:20 soak for at least 3 months 6:35 white granulated sugar 6:36 boiling water 6:47 YunNan olives soaked in sugar water 6:52 soak for 3 days 7:15 brown sugar 7:39 candied olives 7:44 seal for 1 month 7:50 granulated sugar 7:51 dipping chilli 7:55 pickled olives 8:03 DaWang hurry up 8:07 dry in the sun 8:08 Xia, eat some pickled olives 8:15 DaWang, are you eating? 8:23 it's too sour haha Ending: Hi Everyone! It's DianxiXiaoge! YunNan's mountains produce a lot of edible fruits during different seasons. For the clove fruits, we dry them until they become half-dry, to the point where they become soft and similar to a persimmon in terms of texture. For the sour plums, we add sugar and caramelise it to the point where it becomes similar to tanghulu (which is a traditional sweet in china, like sugar-coated haws). YunNan Olives are eaten in more different ways. They can be consumed as a chinese medicine. After you dry them then cook them in water they can have hydrating and cooling effects (in asian cultures there's an ideology that certain foods are 'hot' and some are 'cold', like chocolate and other sweets are hot, while most vegetables are cold, though there are exceptions like the durian, which is seen as a hot fruit. If you're too hot or cold it can be bad for you, so it's important to have this type of balance in chinese cultures) These are some of YunNan's unique fruits, you might not have seen them before. I hope you continue watching my channel, dianxixiaoge and I hope I can continue showing off YunNan's unique cuisine! Bye Bye!
My grandmother makes gooseberry liquor and it's divine😍she makes it with white rum and red gooseberries, might be a different variety of gooseberry we get here the berries grow in low, prickly bushes and are very soft and juicy when ripe
Balaji brinda....what is the guarantee that after 21 days of lockdown this virus will farewell our country forever...you see it's not a summer flood and the like....I m not feeling any good....
I like how this young lady cooks and prepares the food and bring all fruits and vegetables from the farm and some times on the way back home stops by the stream and washes the fruits and vegetables jast wawooooo love this 🌹💖👍🏼
this video really reminds of 2019 when I and my mom made candies, pickles, jams, medicinal powder and preserved those gooseberries (yunnan olives) growing at our farm. Danxi's videos are so relatable and inspire me to cook more recipes, and to praise this is village life. I live in the lower Himalayas and we really use a lot of similar ingredients and cooking techniques.Lots love 💕💕💕

When the rest of the world is fighting each other for food and toilet paper, Dianxi Xiaoge and Liziqi just walk outside to collect their food from nature 💜
Always Dee TV different regions. Not to mention she’s mainly secluded. The virus originated from wet animal markets, she doesn’t typically go to these.
