On the Z1, set it to 720p and wattage to Turbo for demanding games like Mario Kart that run at 60fps. You can upscale using FX Resolution. For 30 FPS games, Performance mode is typically enough.
They are most of them , they will not be on SD cause the lack of power not the emulator. Same goes for ally but for a very few games , if u turn it on with 43W on desktop mode it runs almost every Switch game at full speed.
*(Question for anyone)* For any performance problems, whether a high-end pc to a SteamDeck, Is it a Emulation problem or system requirements/power problem?
The rog ally the power is only 15w and in game like the legend of zelda breath of wild I think is more power than the steam I wonder what happen if T mode is on
@@Ryumeyer the ROG Ally is powerful yeap and i think there’s no problem about the emulation but about the sd i heard there’s a problem and it’s problem about the hardware or the design, the location of the sd in the ROG Ally , the unit is destroye the sd card because the heat some users complain about it ?!

@@MaliceSpeedwagon it’s not possible. Yuzu think’s I’m using a PC. Controller mode is enabled in command center but still, my Ally doesn’t appear as a controller. I don’t know what to do :(
@@MaliceSpeedwagon Even if you say that, it seems like the deck is running at around 3-5W in some games... LIKE BOTW! this really is not that fair of a comparison, also would be better to put a frametime graph on the ally, since that device actually would stutter more even if it has more average fps. Great video, but really you should redo this test with the same settings on the handhelds.

@@MaliceSpeedwagon i think the secret to do MK8 running on 60fps is limit GPU rclock on 1000/1200 mhz e disable SMT on Powertools, if you wish try this later.
@@MaliceSpeedwagon I meant the emulator settings. I believe there's a mode for docked play and undocked play. Undocked usually runs lower resolutions and textures.
Why is the wattage set at 15 on the Rog ? This is not a real comparison I have both with the wattage set on max the Rog Ally has way better performance then the Steam Deck! As a matter of fact I have my Steam Deck overclocked too and the Rog still beats it by quite a few fps! And don't give me shit like it's so it would be an apples to apples comparison cause thats bullshit, you can clearly see in Kurby and Mario Kart that the Steam Deck is running at a lower resolution. XC2 on 1080p docked mode stays at 30 while on Steam Deck it's not, trust me I know, for this game to play it on emulators I bought the Steam Deck and was absolutely disappointed as for me it was unplayable at anything bellow 30. I got the Rog Ally for the same reason and on it I enjoyed it and finished it again (and I say again because I have the switch too and I finished it on release on that one)
