In that occasion Yuzuru Hanyu was bullied by Takahsshi"s fans. Yuzu was only 17. He was a teenager. Him and his family lost all in the Tsunami. I wonder where was the honour of Japanese people in that and many other occasions! They all should have felt ashamed. No honour in that behaviour. Now Yuzuru is the G.O.A.T, he has millions of fans all over the globe and also in Japan. He can fill Tokyo Dome and other arenas by majestic one man show and all ticket are sold out. What has he so particular? The greatest figure skating ever seen, a noble attitude and a geniality that fascinates the world. It is enough his name to fill all. Detractors (So few...) can do what they want, they cannot change what it is.

So pathetic to read some comments against the one that is the greatest ever . That is jealousy. Yuzuru Hanyu is the G.O.A.T. . That's it.

The real champion is not the one who collect a lot of gold medals, win all the grand prix or world championship, but the one who have won the heart of so many people, like Yuzuru

This foretold that Hanyu to be the future of skating in Japan.

No doubt, Yuzuru Hanyu is the Greatest ever and no way to change that. He is in the Olympus of the greatest sportsmen ever.

He is 18. And what a presence. Wow! GOAT! Thank you so much! Love you! And for all the following skaters try not to overcome him. Find your own way. Nathan did this and he was sucessfull, although I think he is a jumper as Ilia Malinin is. Maybe the love that Hanyu has for figure skating is not to beat.

I think hanyu has many of that gigantic trophy that they gave out the same thing everytime

He always looked so tired by the time he reached halfway through his programs back then. At first it was always the one weak point I could find in those, that it lacked energy (completely understandable since he was still really young and had just stopped growing). Rewatching his old programs especially after 2018 Olympics and the 2019-2020 seasons made it all the more obvious because his speed and endurance have gone up a lot. I'd really love to see those programs as he is now. Especially this one and the Romeo+Juliet one. Because they're really really good and they're some of the programs that'd benefit the most from him skating with a better endurance
